It was nice there was a mixed up with my family room made by them not you guys but everything worked out needed one more room and they had one available at the last minute

Pool and location only good thing about this hotel. Room has holes in it, breakfast was cold one day, they ran out of food on multiple occurances, no gym even though it says they have one, no washer dryer even though it says they have one, saw roaches, one lady there is very rude she works night. The morning lady is very nice. You have to bring towels down and trash.

The room was clean. The bedspreads looked a lil worn, but not terrible. The desk host was kind. The breakfast was good with lots of options.

Hotel is very clean and convenient to many places. The staff are what sets it apart!! We've here a few times and every single time we feel like we are being welcomed like family!!! What great hospitality!!

Linens were stained. Door to balcony did not operate well. Breakfast buffet was so minimalistic worst we’ve ever had. Staff was very nice and professional.

Lady at front desk was so barky.. literally barking orders at me like some kind of drill, sergeant that I excused myself and said I’d be right back and slept in their parking lot in my car because I wasn’t going to let her ruin my beautiful day at the beach
