服务和设施都达到了应有的水准。
酒店有点旧,没有厨具,有很重的潮湿味,网络和电视都不太好。早餐就是一包蛋白棒和贝果。不过酒店员工态度很好,这算是个优点吧。
住在这里的大部分人其实是长住客。所以感觉就像是住在一个公寓楼里,但体验并不差。我遇到的每个人都非常乐于助人且友善。

我喜欢清洁人员的服务,但是空调不制冷,噪音很大!!更糟糕的是,半夜时分,附近一个房间里突然传来狗叫声,持续了半个多小时。只有三个枕头,而且质量很差,三个人都挤不成一个,而且只够两个人睡……我们向前台要了更多的枕头,但他们只给了我们一个,而且那是我背痛的最后一个了,哇!!那天晚上我一夜没睡!酒店本身需要改进……虽然环境很差,但我确实喜欢酒店的干净程度!!
房间清洁,维护得也不太好。
地板和地毯黏糊糊的。
厨房炉灶坏了。
厨房基本用品不齐全。没有服务。
一家经济型酒店,在这些方面妥协得不偿失。
早餐不太好。如果至少能加点真正的牛奶和水果就更好了。
总的来说,这地方一直很脏,让我不想碰房间里的任何东西。墙壁脏兮兮的,一半的插座都坏了,甚至都插不上。隔壁的房间太吵了,都能听到其他房间的人说话的声音。整个酒店都有一股怪味,房间里最干净的地方就是床。如果房间价格能低一半,我肯定会更乐意付钱,而且如果我真的累了就别住了。即便如此,也不值得。
抵达后,前台接待员让我等了大约10分钟,因为他“刚打卡”。酒店破败不堪,需要翻新。房间里总是有蚊虫飞来飞去,我找不到来源。没有吹风机,只有一小瓶一次性洗发水,没有“请勿打扰”的牌子,也没有手机充电插座,噪音很大。我要求挂个“请勿打扰”的牌子,前台接待员说:“如果是因为清洁工来,他们不会来——他们一周半才来一次,而且刚好来过。” 唯一能吃的东西是自动售货机,一袋多力多滋玉米脆片要4美元,房费里的早餐是一份格兰诺拉麦片棒。
我预订了一间两床的房间,但我凌晨 1 点左右到达酒店时,他们告诉我房间已满,只有一间带一张床的房间,想象一下我当时带着刚出生的妻子和孩子出去找另一家酒店,一路从马萨诸塞州赶来,非常疲惫,这很不公平,我再也不会预订了。

我晚上8点左右预订了酒店,凌晨1点半就到了。前台告诉我,由于系统故障,我暂时无法预订房间。我已经用钱预订了,但还是没有房间。这对我和我的另一半来说非常不方便。我真的很想得到退款。
