Horrible room

The tile in the bathroom looked like a cannon ball hit it. All broken. Asked for non smoking yet got cigarette burns in top bedding and very stained sheets. And heard bass from a loud radio all night. No remote to tv

Bug Motel- they keep the light on for you

Our first room was full of bugs. We did the stomp dance at 2 a m. After finally getting the front desk she was kind enough to move us. The room was much nicer. In the morning 1 bug crawled out from under the bed. Asked for refund but they said no. Started to tell me about bugs but I stopped her.... cannot tell a Floridian about bugs, alligators, snakes, etc etc.

Check in staff was friendly and helpful, although the room was clean many of the floor tiles leading to the bathroom were damaged and loose causing my wife to stumble as her house shoes caught on these tiles. Could have led to a major fall with serious consequences. Some areas around loose tiles sagged when stepped on. Possible some kind of leak was cause of uneven floor. Nightstand on right side appeared to have come apart and when my wife went to move it closer to the wall plug to charge her hearing aids she noticed it. Faucets are standard with hot on left cold on right, the ones on the sink were opposite which could have resulted in a severe burn as the water was very hot. Check out was friendly and professional.
