Rooms were clean. We did have a hiccup with our room we didn’t get a king like we had booked and they did give us another room.

Cleanliness
room was not as clean as should be. we both took showers night of arrival and after walking around barefoot that night and the next morning, the bottoms of our feet were black!

We are an older property, but we try our very best to maintain it and make sure that every guest enjoys a comfortable stay. After I read your review, I went to the room that you were assigned and I did not smell any type of smell except for the cleaning chemicals that we use nor did I see any evidence of mold. But I will continue to monitor it closely. We wished that you had notified us during your stay and we could have done something to correct any issues you had. Thank you for staying with us and we do hope that you will give a chance in the future to provide a better experience.

The actual location was confusing for most Uber drivers but its literally behind The Waffle House. Overall, a location for us to lay our heads at night from an outrageous day of touring Galveston. A bit off the main area at the Seawall but not a bad area either 👍

非常棒，尤其是以这个价格来说。离海堤不远，而且客服也很出色。
酒店干净舒适。对于步行出行的客人来说，位置不太理想，因为酒店正门没有直达的人行道。但除此之外，我还是很推荐这家酒店的，因为它完美地满足了我们的需求。
