First let me begin by saying: there was a whole lot going on in The Super 8 by Wyndham (sounds fancy 😆).
Remodeling, refurbishing..... A whole lot! The space is a little dated; however, improvements are happening and it will be nice when finished!
My initial room, simply did not like me....had to move. The front desk attendant was so kind and patient with me running back and forth to him 1,452 times🤔.
It served its purpose and I was not disappointed (The hot water shower... yes Gawd‼️‼️‼️). Didn't smell like cigarettes, fabulous mini refrigerator and freezer... Could put a whole bag of ice in it and a 1.75 ltre of........😂😂😂.
Good customer service can erase a plethora of minor irritants. This Young Man was amazing; so polite and accommodating!

Very nice room and comfortable bed. There was some banging noises during the evening hours.

The stay was OK overall. They really need to improve their breakfast. During our five days stay, I only saw 1piece of fruit in the basket, and that was a banana. They also need to get decaf coffee because I can’t drink regular coffee and that’s all they had over the five days.

Unable to request a non smoke room online. When ask for it at check-in was told could not change to a non smoke room. Then say can, but for a $8 charge. This has happened at other super 8 this trip and they were able to change us to non smoke room no problem. Also had trouble simply checking us in.

I rsvp for my low vision blind and no rail in tub
It is my 2nd report of that hotel. I wa upset with clerk who was man-Indian. He used gesture signs cu we are deaf. Was told that cannot use 1st floor. I signed to rsvp for my low vision blind/deaf. Told to use 2 floor. Found no elevation for my safe low vision blind and almost slip in rub with no rail in tub. Very upset with clerks. No good breakfast. Yes very as and walked out after drop the door card there
