Nothing say good…its a terrible, disgusting hotel..
The General Manager (Karen Patel) is so rude, no customer service training,.. she doesn’t care about the need of their guest….Me myself experience all of this, she uneducated person. Sorry to the owner of this hotel having this kind of Manager that has no manners.

Room was dirty, bed wasn’t made, stains on comforter, bloody bug guts smashed to wall, room next to us was basting their music so loud we couldn’t hear the t.v at 10:00 pm and there was some sticky spill on the floor. Worst hotel we have EVER stayed in! Will not recommend to a homeless person.

staff was cordial and respectful. not sure about the cleanliness I killed a roach I saw crawling across the floor. only one I saw. the shower was not great. I would bring a pair of sandals for the shower. reminded me of a prison shower. Also, There were holes in the sheets and the drapes.

We had to switch rooms because of mold, urine, holes in the blankets, crusty toilets, bad odor, pet hair everywhere, stains on the linen. Door latch is broken. Because we are traveling, we settled for the second room due to it being 2am. We will sleep a few hours and then leave. Hoping for a severe discount.

Room had a bad smell the minute we walked in. You can’t open the windows to let air in leading to feeling very congested and air quality was terrible.
