We got to our “suite” with 5 people, there was a dead bug on the table, only enough towels for 2 & asked for linen for the pull out bed & it took over 2 hours to get at 11 at night.

They gave us a room that was very musty and smelled bad, there was a hole in the bathroom ceiling and a drain grate ran next to the toilet bowl so we asked to change it. And they gave us the room next door that also smelled terrible. I rented for two nights so I canceled one night.

The staff was good. The place is definitely showing its age.
They were having issues with TV channels while I was there and the phone in the room didn't work. It wouldn't be the first place I would book.

The worst hotel I've ever stayed at in my life. Extremely old and run down property. We were supposed to stay for 6 nights, we left after 1 because we didn't feel safe. Room wasn't clean when we checked in. TV didn't work, one of the lights over the bed didn't work. Toilet paper holder was broken, toilet paper was sitting on top of the toilet. The tub had been painted in an attempt to hide repairs
