Room was gross and smelled like smoke and mold. Bed was good but they should be able to get that smell out. The door lock was loose on the door and only opened if you turned it up. Good price on room but you get what you pay for

Overall it was okay. The physical condition of the room was not so good, but overall it was clean and comfortable.

Bathroom was not clean. Had dried urine on seat. Bathroom was cleaned after calling front desk. Room has funny smell.

Eh it’s a room
Fairly nice place but rather worn. The shower had issues and the whole place just needed upkeep. Hot tub was not working even tho I called before to confirm before booking here so don’t trust the staff. Not bad in a pinch for the price but there are definitely better options

First, the pool there is no pool is not clean. It has green water. The room had a nasty smell to it and some of the smelled like smoke when we where in non-smoking room and no hot water.

The maintenance was awful. My desk lamp didn't work, and it took them almost two hours to bring me another one. My room looked like it hadn't been cleaned in weeks. I did NOT put my bare feet on the carpet. The pool area was closed, and one of the reasons I stayed here was because of the hot tub, hoping it might help upper back pain from driving. About the only things good I have to say are: 1) convenient parking, and 2) excellent Internet. Other than that, just stay at the Quality Inn on the east side of Jackson. Much better managed and maintained, even though their Internet speed is at a dial-up level.
