Great area. No homeless nearby. Plenty of stores and food options around. We stayed for a week and everything was great! Front desk were fantastic and were always excited to see us and my daughter's haha.

All 4 staff members i had contact with were all friendly and helpful. They were always available anytime i needed. All 4 were very polite and professional, and it made my stay even more enjoyable.

When we first arrived, we could tell instantly by looking around that the hotel was not well maintained. The desk clerk was very kind and seemed conscientious. However, when we got to our room, there was something smeared all over the bathroom wall, and the bathroom floor was very dirty. There were no towels in the bathroom, and the toilet was continually running. We contacted the desk clerk, and she immediately moved us to another room, which we appreciated. The room she moved us to was definitely cleaner than the first room however, the toilet was running in that room as well, the shampoo container was not connected to the shower wall and leaked, the water pressure to the toilet was so low that the toilet wasn't getting enough water to flush, so we had to flush it by filling up the trashcan with water from the bathtub and dumping it in. Needless to stay we were very disappointed in our stay. We reported our experience of the second room as well, upon checkout, and that desk clerk was also very kind and seemed to appreciate us making him aware of the problems.
