Friendly check in, friendly staff with sense of humor; seemed to function very much as a team; created good ambience. We were just passing through in route to a wedding so were only there one night—Oct 1– lobby smelled of cinnamon and fresh baked cookies. Would stay there again when in area.

Smooth check in, convenient parking close to the elevator. Room was clean and spacious. Breakfast food was good and had a lot of variety. Would stay here again.

We have stayed at this hotel 2 times a year since before Covid. This time I was very disappointed. The mattresses have outlived their life. We’ve never had an issue with the free breakfast but 2 days there was not enough food for everyone.

The lady at the front desk was fun, professional, informative and set me up feeling good about my stay. Clean and comfortable. I wasn't able to enjoy breakfast because I had to suddenly leave, but it looked good.

Great location but needs updates
Location was great. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was adequate. Rooms were spacious. Hotel has definitely seen some better days, especially the bathrooms. Citrus mint shampoo/conditioner/lotion provided were very nice but mold on ceiling.

The people were amazing. But our first room had stained and shredded linen… so we were moved to a second room (executive) which also had the same but way better. Washroom was absolutely tiny. Such a bummer, because the people who worked there were so incredibly sweet and helpful.

That’s just the way it is!
The room was fine except the TV was a pain to operate.
My biggest complaint was there was very little parking in the front. So you had to go around back to park. And if you parked in the back after dark, you could not get in the back doors even with your key. You had to walk all the way around front in the rain. Just wait till it snows there and see what fun that is. I complained and basically got “Sorry, that’s just the way it is!”

The rating was so good that I booked this property.
The hotel smelled of cooked food as we entered to go to our room. There was also a bunch of nic nacks in the window
