The daytime staff were awesome. The night time staff was just okay. The cove bartender was more interested in playing her crossword puzzle. The rooms were nice. But the bed was like laying on cardboard. Great view of the beach. Nice private balcony.

The room was fine, there was a nice view, and good amenities, but it was not worth the price. The bed was very uncomfortable and sagged in the middle, so it was like sleeping on an incline. Not acceptable for a $500+ per night room

This was a wonderful stay, always wanted to stay here and got a chance to bring my mom for a birthday weekend. The pool was heated definitely a plus, great food and service all around. The beach across the street and ocean view all around. Not to mention great food places close by. This place should definitely be on your bucket list.
圣路易斯度假村及水疗中心是加尔维斯顿最好的酒店，没有之一！！！！每次带家人来，我们都住在这里，每次他们都超越了我们的期望。所有员工都非常有礼貌、细心，并且总是愿意为您付出额外努力。这次旅行我们来到这里，是因为我女儿参加全国舞蹈比赛，同时也是她的生日，更重要的是，还是我和太太的结婚纪念日。办理入住时，我向前台的康妮提到了这些，她建议为我太太和女儿准备一些特别的惊喜。康妮和礼宾部的卡米尔全权负责了这一切，她们为我太太准备了一打红玫瑰和巧克力草莓，为我女儿准备了一个生日蛋糕和一小束鲜花，让我看起来就像个英雄！！！所以非常感谢康妮和卡米尔，你们太棒了！！我还要感谢度假村的所有员工，代客泊车的服务员们总是那么有礼貌，还有泳池边的女服务员。抱歉我没有记住她们的名字，但她们也都很棒。我强烈推荐这家度假村。我知道它可能稍微贵一点，但我总是说：“一分钱一分货，那些便宜的到头来往往会更贵！！”
酒店很漂亮。我们的房间很棒，可以俯瞰大海。酒店已经开始布置圣诞装饰了。前台工作人员非常热情周到，Eric 尤其出色，提供了很多有用的信息。
唯一的不足是浴室的清洁度。细节方面略有瑕疵，比如淋浴房角落的天花板需要清洁，看起来像是漏水导致的起泡（我们已经向前台反映了这个问题）。淋浴房门铰链处有些发黑，镜子灯架也需要清洁。除此之外，房间很干净，没什么可抱怨的。下次肯定还会再来。
度假村很棒，唯一的问题是客房清洁。我们在毯子里发现了几根长长的黑头发和一部分假睫毛。
我们预订了一间三人房，入住时却发现只有两位客人的咖啡、茶杯和玻璃杯。房间需要一些维护。
非常好的酒店，工作人员非常乐于助人！
