Staff was very friendly, hotel is clean and smells wonderful, and breakfast was great! Cons The door to the bedroom did not close fully, my granddaughter almost pulled the mirror off the wall because it is not attached, there was no sceeen in a window and the blow dryer was an aor blower

It was very noisy. I could hear loud footsteps and banging on the floor above me. The shower water wasn't hot, which I would have appreciated. It's just an old hotel. I had to wait at the front longer than I would've liked, to check in.

Everything was great, except the heat in our room did not work properly. We returned late at night and by the time we discovered it never heated up past 62°, we didn't have the energy to even attempt to change rooms. Hopefully this issue can get corrected

Poor rating because of noise. That was also noted when replying to the check-in text message and that someone would follow up. No one followed up. Noise got worse and police were called. 1st floor not recommended but that may be on any floor.

The room smelled like old pet urine. The mattress old with a large cavity in the middle. The exterior steps were not marked properly and caused a spill.

Trip.com 把我的预订搞砸了。我本该预订的是按摩浴缸套房，但他们的预订信息不符，订单号也对不上。幸好酒店帮忙解决了。泳池水很冷，热水浴缸也坏了。套房里的按摩浴缸看起来是干净的，但当我们放水并打开按摩喷头时，水里立刻变得很脏。我们只好把水放掉再重新注满。另外，沙发床也很脏，里面卡了很多食物残渣，沙发上的床单也不干净。房间整体不错，但因为装修有点吵。
