Nice hotel, next to a decent, casual restaurant. Only gripe is over half the room was in carpeted and the overall aestic cold. Sitting area felt like a hospital waiting room. Uninviting and not relaxing at all.

The property states in advertizement there were shuttles available. At the time we rented we were there for my Daughters wedding and most of the guest stayed there. When we arrived we were told to use their shuttle you had to rent 15 rooms if not it was $200.00. round trip. So we paid Uber for trip to and from airport, to the dress rehersal, wedding, if we had known in advance we would have rented a car.

Breakfast is later on the weekends. We were there for soccer tournament and had to leave before 7 and breakfast doesn’t start until 7 on the weekends but if we would have been there on a weekday we could have eaten before because it starts at 6. That doesn’t make sense. The room was poorly lit. The lamps were not great at providing enough light. There are three light switches that do nothing! The one switch by the door turns on the microwave! What? The light above the burners stopped working after the first few hours. That was one of the switches. I found that it turned the light on/off which helped with the poor lighting in the place. Then the next time we came back to the room it didn’t work. Then there were two other switches that did nothing. No overhead lights just lamps. The shower was also tricky. Fine line between very hot and cold. Overall not impressed!

The rooms were hardly clean and the WiFi and TV did not work. Unfortunately a very poor experience.

Seemed like an updated motel with fresh paint. Beds were nice and linens were really nice. Room and hallways appeared clean. Staff was friendly. I always make sure that motels I stay in have a hot tub before I book a stay, and this one ddi, but it B n

Don’t stay here
The customer service was horrible. I had needed to extend my stay so I went down to the front desk, explained that I needed to extend my stay and if I could please stay in the same room. They told me no problem. Well apparently it was a problem because the next day, when I got back to my room after a 14 hour day, all of my belongings had been shoved into a garbage bag, my food from the fridge was shoved into a garbage bag and my room had totally been gone through. I had put a do not disturb sign on my door as again, I had extended my stay and was told I could stay in the same room. I didn’t want anyone in my room, cleaning or moving my things around. I went down to the front desk yet again to see why my things had been thrown into a garbage bag. I was basically blamed for the mistake and they didn’t care.

Trip.com 把我的预订搞砸了。我本该预订的是按摩浴缸套房,但他们的预订信息不符,订单号也对不上。幸好酒店帮忙解决了。泳池水很冷,热水浴缸也坏了。套房里的按摩浴缸看起来是干净的,但当我们放水并打开按摩喷头时,水里立刻变得很脏。我们只好把水放掉再重新注满。另外,沙发床也很脏,里面卡了很多食物残渣,沙发上的床单也不干净。房间整体不错,但因为装修有点吵。
当我们到达办理入住手续时,接待员不在,我们不得不等他。我们试图在到达之前打电话让他们知道我们会迟到,但没有人接听。他们给我们的房间就在电梯旁边,整晚都很吵。不错的早餐。还有其他非常吵闹的客人让我们无法入睡。
