The staff were very accommodating. Upon arrival, the room had a blood stain in the carpet (confirmed with hydrogen peroxide) and other bodily fluids splattered on the furniture/walls, the tub was visibly dirty and room was very cramped. After bringing up my concerns with the room, they were prompt to remedy by giving us a new room. This room was much better despite having a large shard of glass (the coffee carafe) behind the bed, compared the original room. Also the indoor pool was shut down by the city which was not mentioned at check in. They were gracious with the late check out so all in all, it was an okay stay.

Had to get a refund. The room smelled horrible. There was empty cans of Arizona tea in a drawer and on the floor in the bathroom. There was a half empty packet of astroglide lubrication in a drawer. There was blood on the sheets.

Shower rod falling off the wall. Stunk like incense. Low quality. Tv didnt work propely. Not worth th 75 i spent for one night

Parking area was fine, didn’t use the pool, but it looked clean,breakfast was good, room has some cosmetic repairs done poorly, but bed was ok and shower worked fine. I was visiting family so I only used the bed & shower. Hotel was nice & quiet while I was there. Perfect for my needs

The staff were super nice and accommodating. The property isnt the prettiest and is cramped and is right next to a very busy road. The staff make up for the negatives though.

We got 2 room in one the fridge wasn’t working and the other room the microwave wasn’t working

There is not a hot tub that was one of the reasons we picked this place. When we checked in the fridge in our room had a pizza box in it. So I doubt they did a thorough job cleaning.

The facility either smelled like smoke or urine. There was lots of dust hanging from our ceiling and in the bathroom as well as built up on the bathroom floor. There was leftover food items in one of the cabinets. The tv was maybe 24" and not all channels came in clear. The pool was clear but water was cold. As for breakfast there was a choice of waffles, toast, bagel, and sugar cereal. There was no milk available or cream cheese. The juice machine didn't work nor was there a note on it. No hot food was served so they probably should have removed the chafing dish from the area.
