Upon check-in the room key would not open the door. Desk clerk checked it and said door mechanism defective and I was assigned a different room. After one successful try that key stopped working as well. Had both keys re-set and only one worked. Finally repacked all of my belongings and put them in car not knowing if I'd be able to access the room the following evening when I returned from a wedding.

very clean room. bathroom needs upgrading the carpet needed replacing last year very old and worn out into threads.

I was very patient and kind with the staff after I was provided 3 dirty rooms, one I even asked the front desk to check first. I was “guaranteed” it was clean. And no, I was met by the cleaning staff and escorted to a 4th room. That was filled with the smell of cigarette smoke and burns on the side table. I no longer felt safe to stay here. I was told management would contact me for a refund, because I decided to go elsewhere. I’ve now been contacted they will not honor a refund. What terrible service, and experience.

I was not happy with our stay. The first room had bugs flying in it, the breakfast was very meager and not so good. There were no eggs and no milk for the cereal, There was also no variety from day to day with the breakfast. The pool was dirty and smelled awful and the breezeway by the washer and dryer smelled of cigarette smoke. We will not stay here again.

I was very pleasantly surprised by the hotel. The front desk person was very friendly when checking in. The room was clean and I always love the bedding that the hotel uses. I will definitely start again.
