The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. Our room was very musty and damp when we checked in. Had to run the air conditioner with the window open to help. Pool and hot tub area were great. Breakfast was good. Will stay again!

We need multiple types of pillows
Clean, new, bed was comfortable, pillows were the only thing I didn’t like- they were quite hard and they were all the same.

My biggest issue was that the toliet kept on running. Flapper needed replaced. Took 3 days
For it to be fixed.

Most all was ggood, except upon check in there was an offensive perfumey odor in the lobby and hallway. Itwas so strong it gave us a headache and upset stomach.

******* lost my reservation. Luckily the front desk pulled some strings and got my son and I a room. I will never use ******* EVER again.

Worse hotel experience
Our room light and charging outlet was off on Saturday night and Sunday. The toilet over leaked into the bedroom. The bed was very uncomfortable. We will never stay here again

I love this hotel and have stayed here several times. I love the breakfast when they have eggs…they had biscuits and gravy this time and I’m not a fan but still it’s nice to have a hot breakfast at the hotel

I had a pleasant 2 night stay at this hotel. Check in was great. A friendly staff person helped me check in a little early. The room was as expected, large enough and clean. The bed was very comfortable which is really nice because I usually can't sleep in hotels because of uncomfortable beds. It was nice and quiet. No outside noises at all. The breakfast each morning was nice too.The only negative is there's a strong smell of the cleaner used throughout the hotel, and very strong in the room each time I returned from being out. Overall, great experience.

The building isn't falling apart but could use some maintenance. The first room had a musty smell and a non-working TV, they moved us to another room. But new room hadn't been vacuumed and the sheets had cigarette burns. It served it’s purpose for sleeping, but fell short of expectations given its ratings.
