It was a nice hotel. The internet was terrible. It was near everything. We were able to walk across the street to a restaurant.

Great comfortable room, only downside was the fireplace didnt work, so some maintenance is needed. Feel like with the premiere rooms there should he an extra chair/ ottoman and more interior decorating to make the room pop a bit.

Continental Breakfast was great.
Other amentities around the facility were excellent.
The staff was helpful and accommodating.
Also my hotel keycard didnt stop working during the i was ther, feel like that s big deal.

Great place to stay
The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. Our room was very musty and damp when we checked in. Had to run the air conditioner with the window open to help. Pool and hot tub area were great. Breakfast was good. Will stay again!

We need multiple types of pillows
Clean, new, bed was comfortable, pillows were the only thing I didn’t like- they were quite hard and they were all the same.

My biggest issue was that the toliet kept on running. Flapper needed replaced. Took 3 days
For it to be fixed.

Most all was ggood, except upon check in there was an offensive perfumey odor in the lobby and hallway. Itwas so strong it gave us a headache and upset stomach.

******* lost my reservation. Luckily the front desk pulled some strings and got my son and I a room. I will never use ******* EVER again.

Worse hotel experience
Our room light and charging outlet was off on Saturday night and Sunday. The toilet over leaked into the bedroom. The bed was very uncomfortable. We will never stay here again
