the staff was very nice and helpful. it was clean but very old and run down. the breakfast was a grab and go which was okay. location was good. had beach toys and a basketball hoop for the kids.

Grab and go breakfast was as described. Coffee service only available during breakfast. Pool was clean and spacious with toys available for the family. The patio furniture was in fairly good shape. The rooms were compact, but the dehumidifier was a delightful bonus.

I booked this hotel through my Wyndham Rewards for 3 people. When we got to the room, there was only a full size bed. We went to the front desk to inquire and come up with a solution. The clerk said since we booked using a 3rd party, there was nothing he could do. We were not aware that booking through our Wyndham Rewards was considered booking 3rd party! He did offer us a cot. It was torn down the entire length of the mattress and it had stains all over it. When we got it into the room, there was no room to set it up. We did not stay. There was also an air purifier in the room. The room felt damp, don’t know if that makes sense to anyone. It was not a good experience at all. If this is how Wyndham Rewards treats their members, I will be cancelling.

If it were not for the friendly staff, the maintenance issues may have gotten it a poor rating. Management needs to also hire more front desk staff as people waited a long time to check in or be serviced. The one hostess I met was always cheerful, but had many duties, besides checking people in. The third floor was clean and comfortable, new pillows with firm beds The shower rod needs to be replastered to the wall. The pool was great.

Okay, stay for the price. Great location and safe and quiet. Decent hotel not verily well maintained and they should not advertise free breakfast. It was coffee, water, small packages of powdered donuts and a few oranges and bananas to grab as you walked out door. Definitely not “breakfast”.

This hotel was a hotel from hell. When we got there, I asked for a first floor because my wife has altitude sickness. They said none were available for they were all being rehab so they put us on the second floor went to use the elevator. the elevator was out of service, my wife had to walk backwards up to two flights of steps. It took me one hour to get her up there. she was sick the entire evening along with that what caused us to leave so early in the morning and was there was a door that was open next to our room And I tried to close it, but it would not close somebody fixed it so it does not close. Look like a homeless person would go in there at night and then leave in the morning. The place was horrendously dirty as I’m walking up the steps I attaching pictures of how bad the steps were , when I asked the lady at the attendant at the desk for the owners name and telephone number she wouldn’t give it to me because I was gonna tell her nobody told us that there was no Elevator. Nobody told us that the hotel was being rehab nobody told us that we could not use the first floor And she was very nasty to me. She said we sent you an email stating that we had no Elevator. We checked our emails. The only emails we got was from Wyndom congratulating us on staying here and being part of our club which I am dropping out of shame on Wyndom for putting their name on this hotel And all my 70 years of staying in hotels this was the worst no wonder. Marriott is so much better than Wyndom . Shame on you for putting your name on this hotel. I am not paying the charge on my credit card for we were not told about no elevator and that we had to go to the second floor even though she started screaming at me that she did send me an email . When she did not, I’m a Christian so is my wife if would’ve seen it we would never have gone there for goodness sakes why would we go there to make something that would make my wife sick …so beware and shame on your Wyndom oh when I called Wyndom, they wash their hands of it and said I had to talk to the owner of the hotel, which I tried to get from the desk attendant, she refused to tell me who it was or the phone number, Marriot would never do that , I guess that’s why Marriott is leagues above Wyndom .. Oh, they also advertise breakfast coffee and a doughnut

The room reeked like mold/mildew. I went down to speak with the lady at the front desk, simply to ask for my room to be cleaned, and she instantly got extremely loud and defensive and said I’m welcome to leave. Absolutely awful, filthy place. Free “breakfast” is also a scam, it’s just fruit that every other hotel has in their lobby. Don’t fall for it

For the price I do not recommend this place. Needs a good upgrade. Bathtub was clogged, some rooms had humidifiers
