The tub in our room filled with water after shower and wouldn’t drain. However, we were offered to transfer to another room if we wanted.

We really liked the cleanliness of the room and the comfort of the bed and pillows. It had a nice shower with plenty of water and water pressure. It was very near to an assortment of fast food places to eat and they had a very good breakfast the next morning.

This hotel was safe, clean, updated. It has breakfast included. The indoor pool seemed clean and airy. Plenty of restaurant options nearby. Large room option for our kids.

Good stay but very low toilet
Generally good. However, the toilet seat in my standard room was absurdly low and uncomfortable to use.

They had an issue in the middle of the night with water heaterand did not inform guests. I drank and gave brown tinted water in the middle of the night. This brown color water prevented us from using shower in morning and front staff member said I wouldn’t drink water. I had to beg for bottled water. Hotel communication to guests would have been easy as slipping paper under door. We have stayed here dozens of times this was the worst

Hotel check in staff not super friendly. Pool was out of service but they allowed us to go to a close hotel to swim. Comfortable beds, lots of water pressure and hot water.

I used to stay at the Hampton, but I have found the country Inn and suites in Marion to be above Hampton in just about every aspect.

Room was clean and pleasant. Very quiet. Had an issue with the TV that was quickly remedied. Close to activities and restaurants.

Booked this hotel last minute was traveling home from new orleans. Room was huge we did find some wrappers on the floor and tub didn't drain untill i pulled the stopper out of hole. Didn't get to use pool it is down for repairs
