The room was extremely dirty. The manager was horrible. There was a hole in the wall. There was black mold in the shower of the ceiling nothing but ********** in and out of the hotel

The staff was friendly. They were very pet friendly!! The room floor was not well swept. The sheets had lint and hair in them. Police lights showed up in our windows in the middle of the night. My wife will undoubtedly never let me book another Motel "5" (less than her expectations) again ☹️

Not reflective of what the pictures show… reeks of smells… especially animal smells. Very low budget hotel. The first room I was assigned smelled soooo bad of dogs… had gnats throughout the room and bathroom. However after I complained the lady at the front desk did accommodate me with a few room change with no issues, the second room didn’t smell but the hallways did. The furniture in the room was rundown and the bedside lighting didn’t work properly. The walls in the bathroom were dirty. It is my fault for choosing a cheaper hotel room, but the pictures didn’t depict what I actually signed up for. Wouldn’t stay there again.

根据我的经验，真不知道这家酒店是怎么还能继续营业的。152房间的门锈迹斑斑，门和门框之间有大约四分之一英寸的缝隙。水槽的水龙头松动，更糟糕的是，水压一大就会四处喷溅。浴室浴缸的水龙头也松了，很难完全关紧水。洗完澡水能积到三英寸深。书桌上的台灯没有灯泡，房间里唯一的光源是床头一盏昏暗的灯。两个枕头也不配套。虽然我不需要电话，但它也坏了。简直是一次糟糕透顶的住宿体验。房间里没有时钟也没有纸巾。
服务一流，员工友好又彬彬有礼。非常喜欢房间，旁边的餐厅也很棒。强烈推荐！
前台女士很乐于助人，这里就是个歇脚的好地方。
