This hotel needs an update and multiple fixes. Holes in the walls, rips in the sheets, broken light fixtures, worn our carpets.

Food was gross, coffee maker was broken. No soap in sink and kitchen or lobby bathrooms. We stayed for 3 days and wasnt filled, bathroom tub was broken, the shower head was broken and the toilet wouldn't flush properly.

The sausage and gravy was thin and watery, sausage had little bones and gristle, no bagels on two mornings, one overripe banana one morning.

I am used to the Comfort Inn & Suites hotel Chan all over the West. Multiple states and they all have been lovely, clean, and a great experience. I figured that since this hotel within, Utah was the same chain, that it would be the same if not closely similar-I couldn’t have been more mistaken in assuming that. This was our first and last time staying at this hotel in, Utah. There were a half dozen things in the room that were broken. I asked for the maid service to come take out my trash and dirty towels while we were away from the room during the day and they did not. Then, on check out morning as we were packing, the maid service knocked on the door wanting to clean and I asked for them to wait until check out time, which was 11 am. The next time we are Utah, we will be using a completely different hotel. I’m grateful for all of the other Comfort Inn & Suites experiences but this one in particular…was atrocious.

The staff is nice, the rooms are clean, the bed is cozy, my TV worked this time so that was good. The bathrooms need an update, the shower faucet drips, the A/C-heater unit is very loud and makes weird noises. I wish the breakfast went till 10am instead of 9am, but that's just me.

The refrigerator never worked. The Wi-Fi and or TV didn’t work for three days straight. The shower curtain rod was not level. Therefore the shower curtain cannot be closed to keep water from going all over the floor. Absolutely hated the motion, sensing lights in the bathroom area.
