This hotel isn't fancy and it doesn't have an elevator. That said, we really like it. It's clean, quiet, convenient when we visit family, and the price is good. The beds are comfortable and the refrigerator doesn't freeze everything in it! The temperature was easy to control, although the fan was a bit noisy. All in all, a good fir for us. Will stay here again!!

The staff was friendly and outgoing. Cleanliness is very important to us. Our room was clean when we checked in and housekeeping did a great job of maintaining it throughout our stay!

Property was clean & updates were in progress.
Pool & Spa were out of service. It appears that that area was used for storage.
Multi floors but no working elevator.
Did not feel safe because side door was unlocked 24 hours. This might be because door did not shut properly.
Staff was friendly & helpful.

It was terrible. When water was turned on it smelled like sewage. Couldn't even use the water. Worse place I've stayed at in years.

This place was so clean!!! We felt safe staying there, the breakfast was yummy and it was close to lots of restaurants and shopping! We’ll definitely stay there again!!

Our stay was short but extremely comfortable. The breakfast is the best weve had in the area. The staff is so friendly and the stay was great.

The odors, probably from the cleaning supplies, we’re overwhelming. Got to hotel maybe 30 minutes early, and barely got in the door, when young lady behind counter, said in a very loud tone that check in was at 3:00, to come back then.
