酒店回复: I do apologize for this. That room was not supposed to be in rentable status; we were in the process of doing a deep clean on the room. That is why everything was moved out and in disarray. I have talked with my staff about being careful and making sure the rooms we assign are in working order. Again, I do apologize for this inconvenience.
酒店回复: I am very sorry about the pool. Our alarm stopped working and the city will not allow us to open it. I have not heard from travelocity, if I do, we can work out a solution.
酒店回复: I apologize for the condition of your room. I went back and looked at the room. I pulled the toilet paper out of the peephole. The peephole was there, sometimes guest are paranoid about people being able to look in and plug the hole. My HK should've caught that and removed it before leaving the room. I didn't notice any bugs, but we called our pest company just in case.

他们把房间租给住在那里的人。那里非常脏，停车场里里外外都乱七八糟，住在那里的人到处都是东西，只是坐着，走动起来感觉很不安全。我们订了两个房间，但两个都根本没法用。床垫都靠墙堆着，家具也挪到了墙边。到处都是苍蝇，柜台上到处都是像洗洁精一样的肥皂。厕所非常脏，还有一些谁没冲走的残留物。他们甚至懒得看房间。我们入住时，他们告诉我们那是最后两个房间，因为我们想把它们连在一起。但我回去告诉他们我们不可能住在那里时，他们说现在有新房间了。我不得不问，那些说他们也不打算住的人是不是也一样？虽然他们很友好地给了我们退款，但真的不关心房间。他们对我们告诉他的房间情况一点也不惊讶，我的意思是，他们甚至什么都没问，甚至都没评论我们所说的关于房间有多脏的那些错误信息。即使房间没有被拆得支离破碎，马桶里没有未冲走的东西，即使房间打扫得非常干净，布置得像一个供人使用的房间，它仍然会很脏。
我预订这家酒店是因为泳池。泳池好像坏了。现场服务员无法批准我们取消住宿，我们被告知必须等到第二天经理才能联系。我通知了Travelocity取消预订的消息，但他们也没有回复。最后我预订了另一家酒店。我等着看我是否能承担这笔费用。

房间需要彻底翻新。感觉又脏又暗。我一直穿着鞋。房间真的很小，放不下两张双人床。网络不错。这家汽车旅馆比其他酒店便宜，不值得为了清洁而妥协。下次我会住其他地方。
房间很脏，本来应该是无烟房间，但房间里却充满着难闻的烟味，坐在床上我的衣服上也弥漫着烟味。
什么都没有！有窃听器，门上的窥视孔也消失了，工作人员只是用薄纸塞住了它！
