The room was clean. Due to an ongoing remodel the phone didn't work. The ckeckin was ok, everything had to be done through a window slot because of the late arrival.
I don't like that one clerk had to go away from the window to set up the room keys and took my credit card with her.
She could have written all of my information down for a illegal use later.

Was not told about tvs being unavailable. Light bulbs missing from lamps. Outlets didn’t work on side of the bed

Dirty and moldy
Rooms were dirty, holes in the wall, exposed electrical outlets, mold, every bit of 50-80 flies in the room hair from previous stays all in the corners from not being cleaned this was also their “newly remodeled room”

Overnight stay before cruise.
We had room 112 which had the new updated bathrooms and vanity area. Tv worked great and beds were comfortable. Mrs. Curtis was very personable and professional. It is a no frill hotel, but priced very well for what you get, and they offer free cruise parking! I would recommend to cruise passengers.

Remodel needs to be completed
Office staff was great and friendly. The room was not complete with the remodel. Light sockets missing which ment not all lights work. No remote for TV. Glad i did. It have small children since there was not light socket covers. No blow dryer either.

这地方应该被拆了。建筑材料堆在我门口,把门都堵住了。我门外没有灯,电视也没信号。泳池也用不了。我知道之前的评价很差,但这里比那些评价说的还要糟糕得多。
房间大小适中,24小时柜台服务,免费取冰粒,非常适合我们去外面钓鱼用。房间设施有咖啡机、微波炉、毛巾、冷热水、空调、保险柜、冲凉液及肥皂
我们到达时,酒店正在施工。没有热水,没有电,也没有有线电视。酒店前台非常友好,帮我们预订了另一家酒店并办理了退款。
