Overnight stay before cruise.
We had room 112 which had the new updated bathrooms and vanity area. Tv worked great and beds were comfortable. Mrs. Curtis was very personable and professional. It is a no frill hotel, but priced very well for what you get, and they offer free cruise parking! I would recommend to cruise passengers.

Remodel needs to be completed
Office staff was great and friendly. The room was not complete with the remodel. Light sockets missing which ment not all lights work. No remote for TV. Glad i did. It have small children since there was not light socket covers. No blow dryer either.

Under renovation some of the electrical did not work. The TV was out also. The staff was wonderful, they made a big difference in making out stay bearable. We will go back once the renovations are complete.

Stay was good; hotel in the middle of remodeling. Our room was one that had been recently remodeled, room was clean, smells good comfortable, A/C worked well, clean bedding & quiet after 7p.m. There was no working television; they notified us when we checked in that the cable is out due to remodel, but they didnt mention that the televisions dont work at all, so couldnt even catch local news/weather or use our adapter to hook to phone to watch movies on our own account. The new light fixtures had no bulbs, so none of the bedside lamps worked, nor the lamps over the bathroom sink. The light switch outlet covers were missing and live electrical wires were left exposed (we had 4adults, so we were careful, but if we had had any of our kids, it could have been extrmely dangerous!) The bathroom door did not stay closed, it was hung improperly so that the latching mechanism didnt meet up in the door jam, so we had to put a washcloth in the door jam to get it to stay closed during use. Because of remodel, there were supplies everywhere in the parking lot and I picked up nails and screws everytime I walked through, needs to be cleaned up daily since they are using parking spots and that not only could cause a flat, but many coming back from beach not wearing shoes and someone will end up with nail/screw in the bottom of a foot.
We like the location and price point of the rooms so we will likely stay again, but hopefully the remodel will be complete& the small issues resolved!

Property was under renovation, construction debris in parking lot, pool was unusable due to dirty water, tv’s in rooms did not work. Overall feeling was like being in a room that had not been updated in 30 years. Housekeeping did not touch room during our stay. Upside is that staff were friendly but issues we faced were beyond their control. A/C worked well and room was quiet.

房间大小适中,24小时柜台服务,免费取冰粒,非常适合我们去外面钓鱼用。房间设施有咖啡机、微波炉、毛巾、冷热水、空调、保险柜、冲凉液及肥皂
