Spacious spot in Rio rancho
Very nice staff-
Spacious and clean suite that was very comfortable. The breakfast was kinda sad- weak weak coffee and only fruit loops, Raisin Bran, waffles and bananas. Not the most options for a breakfast. The location was great for Rio rancho events center. The area felt safe. Nice people working there and staying at hotel we’re all friendly people.

Property did not look great from outside but rooms were very clean, staff was attentive. Only real disappointment was breakfast which was just cereal

Been staying there for about 2 weeks each July for last 3 years. Near to relativess. Wondered about mirror sticker. Said they change sheets every 3 days. I had to ask for a change after a week. They did seem to come in replace towels. One day after a a rain the bathroom floor was dirty, thought they would have caught that and mopped. I like that give first floor.mopped.

My family and I stayed at this hotel for one night while on our way from Colorado back to Texas. I give it three stars because the experience started out very poorly but got better due to the staff's assistance. When we initially checked into our room (208), the room was extremely hot because the A/C had not been on all day and it had been a hot day (we came to find out that they do not run the window A/C units in the rooms when there is no guest because it costs too much money). We were also tired from being on the road, so we wanted to just go to sleep. Unfortunately, the room wouldn't cool down, so we let the manager know, and he switched us to a different room on the other side of the property (226). Fortunately, the A/C worked in this room and we were able to get some sleep. I will give due credit to the the staff because they worked with us and gave us a new room where the A/C was working better, and they did sincerely apologize for the inconvenience that we experienced. If you are considering staying at this property in the hot summer months, I would recommend to check in early in order to let your room cool down sufficiently.

it is a beautiful Inn, i like the western look of it, all one floor, clean, spacious and comfortable. the inside pool was a little bit on the cool side and the steps into it are steep, you have to really hold on as it feels like your stepping down a mountain to get into the pool, there were no towels at the time i was there. these steps are the same for all the Days inns i have stauyed at. The breakfast was ok, they didn't have the usuall eggs, sausages or bagrls. But the food was good.

这家酒店不是希尔顿，让我失望的第一点是提供的早餐竟然没有鸡蛋。他们居然还要收费提供几个纸盘，让我们用房间里的微波炉加热食物。房间里连带抽屉的家具都没有，根本没法放东西。
我们只是来探望一位95岁的老人，最基本的便利设施都得不到。我以后大概不会再选择入住戴斯酒店了。
我提前打电话询问早餐菜单，对方保证说早餐种类齐全，结果早餐只有麦片棒和谷物。停车场虽然不大，但让我感觉不太安全。预订的时候我没意识到，从房间到游泳池还要穿过停车场。
