ROOM #203 Beds mattress cover sheet was nasty with stains, the floor was not clean and it was bubbling up in some spots, the transition floor piece for the bathroom part was missing so you could see where the tile stopped creating a trip hazard in to the bathroom, the door to go in to the room from the outside to inside wasn't sealed at all you can see daylight through the outside border of the door luckily the door latched. the toilet didn't have the correct lid, the toilet also didn't flush correctly the handle was messed up so you had to make sure you shook it or the water would keep running. The shower made noise when the water was running(screeching). There wasn't a continental breakfast at all even though I was told it would start at 7am I went down at 7:06am and 7:36am the doors were locked and lights were out, We went back down at 8:06am it wasn't even set up! business hours are from 7am-11pm. When i asked the employee about it was like a surprise and there wasn't really an effort other than making coffee.

This place needs to be shut down and renovated. Absolutely not up to standards. It hasn't been renovated since 2006 and it hasn't been maintained since then either

Not recommended. Stay elsewhere.
I am an avid budget hotel booker. I can sleep almost anywhere for one night and I'm not picky or hard to please. Please understand that I have realistic expectations for budget hotels and understand that you get what you pay for
Check in was fine, though took a long time considering we did the pre-check in online. No problem. Room was what I expected -- two queen beds. TV remote missing, no pillowcases. No biggie. Asked for pillowcases and put them on ourselves. Room was obviously dated and not super clean, but good enough for one night upon first view.
Shower light fixture had no cover. Black mold on ceiling in bathroom and on the shower curtain. Clearly not being changed out.
I can deal with all of this for 12 hours (the mold kind of made me nervous though).
At 345 AM the fire alarm went off. We evacuated and the fire department showed up but was unable to train entry to reset the alarm because there is no staff on scene during the night. An hour later, the key holder finally arrived and reset the alarm.
This is unacceptable. I will never stay at this property again. I would absolutely not recommend it to anyone. There are other budget properties in the area that I've stayed at that I would recommend over this one. Really disappointed.

We at this location because we had a funeral of two not clean stuff left behind a new refrigerator roaches crawling around and people purposely pull the fire alarm at four in the morning. I would never stay at this location or another Baymont hotel ever again.

April at the front desk went out of her way to be sure we had anything needed to make our stay comfortable, we liked the full size fridge in the room, Thank you
