Everything went great. There was a small problem with the wifi, but no big deal. The condition of the building and the facilities were excellent. The staff was friendly and efficient. Absolutely a good value for the price!

Arrived to check in but came to find out the person behind the desk did not work there and we have to wait about an hour until the hotel representative came back to give us our room key so frustrating

Morning staff was rude. We were running late after an event we attended and need more time to get ready. I asked her if we can check out late. 12pm instead of 11am. She said no, latest is 11am and anytime after we would be charged $25.

We checked in, used the restroom, washed our hands in the sink and it didn’t drain at all.
We went to an event that went well over 5 hours and when we came back all the water was still sitting in the sink.
Had to fix my hair before our event and was such a hazard because the mirror in the restroom was ideal to use but with a sink full of water if I had any mishaps or accidents it would’ve fell straight into the sink full of water and possibly electrocuted me.
We called and they said maintenance would “check on it tomorrow” well, we were only staying one night.
Hopefully they don’t charge me for anything that wasn’t my fault. Was super inconvenient to have to wash our hands in the kitchenettes sink. We checked out the next morning and the water was still sitting in the sink.
By the way that was room 212. Beware. You literally get what you pay for. Breakfast is a joke as well.

Rooms were clean. Desk was pretty wobbly and acted like it would fall apart when you touch it.

Super quiet! I spent Thursday, 10/30/25, in room 209. As I walked to my room, some rooms had 2-3 people in them talking, so I was worried about going to sleep, but when I went in my room around 9:30 p.m., everyone got quiet! I slept great. No road noise, of course. I unplugged the fridge and turned off the air. The carpet had maybe two small stains, but I didn't care. Nice looking room with a ktchen area. I'd stay here again. Nice guy checked me in and had perfect words of direction. Breakfast is "grab-and-go" but just hot water plus either oatmeal or tea, plus coffee, but that was ok.
