The room the cups that were for coffee in the room had smelled like ****, they even had pieces of **** in them... the bed was hard as a rock... the front clerk was not very welcoming the thery were empty of the cereal for the morning not any kids of choice for breakfast....

This is a foreign owned hotel, thus my expectations were low.
I was pleasantly surprised to see it was clean and a pleasant staff.
In our experience, this would be rare to stay at quality in, but likely worth the money for our short notice

Our room had not been cleaned behind the tv stand. Found food items from the previous people in the room. Other then that the room was clean

I had a stay at the Quality Inn Room 204 last night with my significant other which ended up being a nightmare due to poor housekeeping and administration.
We were awakened BEFORE CHECKOUT by loud pounding on the door from housekeeping after an approved LATE CHECKOUT. UNACCEPTABLE treatment of guests. A reputable or even a cheap hotel should know that they are losing customers with those unprofessional business practices. Not to mention an unusable heater due to the horribly strong mold smell it emitted. I have stayed here many times before but I would NEVER AGAIN. Horrible service, worse housekeeping, a RUINED STAY.
UNACCEPTABLE LIVING CONDITIONS.
GOING OUT OF BUSINESS SOON, folks!!!

This hotel was a good deal for the price. It's nice because they offer a sauna, pool, and Jacuzzi, along with other amenities like exercise equipment and a continental breakfast.

Staff was very friendly, the rooms had some burnt out lights in the bathroom, and the bath exhaust fan didn’t work.
这家酒店性价比不错。按摩浴缸感觉不太干净，但泳池和泳池区域还可以。房间虽然小但很干净，有冰箱和微波炉很方便。早餐一般般，有百吉饼、英式松饼、华夫饼、冷麦片、果汁、炒鸡蛋和猪肉香肠（我们因为宗教信仰不能吃猪肉）；要是能有更多蛋白质选择就好了。
