The room had dust on the ceiling hanging down, dust on the furniture, one plug above a photo that you couldn’t even reach; towels were no longer white, had people’s hair on them, mold in shower (mobility shower with no way to keep the water from flooding the whole bathroom so I didn’t use it); paint peeling all over bathroom and brown spots on walls looking like mildew; a part under the sink wasn’t even painted. Weird smell in bathroom. Just disgusting

We appreciated how helpful and friendly the staff were to us! Checking in and out was easy! The hotel was very clean, bed and pillows were very comfortable! I will stay here again when in this area again!!

The property is older, not well maintained, and management is clearly cutting corners to cut costs. There was no availability for parking in the hotel lot, so we had to park further away, and we weren't sure if we would be towed. Breakfast was included, but very disappointing. There was no milk for cereal, and the fruit was bruised and mealy. Over a week after departure, the room deposit hasn't been refunded, and I haven't heard back from management about the charge.

酒店回复: I apologize that you were not satisfied with your stay. Our breakfast hours are 7am-10am on weekends and we do not provide milk in the evenings. We have plenty of parking for our guest, however, bigger vehicles are required to park in the back which is where we have designated parking for bigger vehicles. We do apologize that you feel that the hotel is cutting corners to cut costs. I hope this does not discourage you from booking with us in the future.
