Clean & quiet. Pool and pool area were cold. Very limited breakfast, food not replenished, breakfast area not cleaned up during breakfast hours and trash all full.

The room was quite comfortable and quiet despite proximity to the interstate. Good room amenities and furniture arrangement.
The housekeeping staff knocked on my door twice the morning of checkout prior to checkout time. She had limited English and could not describe why she knocked. I would prefer to not be interrupted before checkout time.

Room was clean and fresh. Bed was very comfortable and the blinds blocked out the lights outside for sleeping in.

The window let in all the noise from Interstate 69 about half a mile away. The bathroom ceiling had mold on it, probably due to the bathroom exhaust fan not working. The bathroom faucet was way too small, unless all you wanted to do is wash your fingertips. Our room key expired the night we returned from the family get together, so we could not get into the hotel from the back of the parking lot, or get into our room. I went to the front desk and some random dude in camo with and scraggily hair and clothes was apparently on duty. He didn't say anything, just redid our keys and handed them back to me. No one at checkout, just a box to put keys in. As mentioned before food was minimum choices and taste. The room looked okay and the bed was comfortable, but that was about it.

The room was out of conditioner in the shower...super inconvenient to find that out in the middle of said shower. Also our room faced a bright street lamp and the curtain was just for show. Was unable to close the curtain to block the bright light coming through the window even with the shade down.

We loved the cleanliness of the rooms, the comfortable beds and the kindness of the staff. I wish we would have known the elevator was not working before we booked. The breakfast was okay, but we made due.
