Staff here is awesome. Gloria took care of my group of 12 like a pro, Kekee was awesome as well. All very friendly. Room could use some tlc but overall awesome.

Floyd was great in getting us checked in and settled. He scheduled the cruise shuttle which is very convenient to and from the terminal. We will definitely be booking here for our next trip

Elevator broke; Water was turned off for a while. When we arrived there were no towels, Kleenex,or soap in the room. The room looked like it hadn't been vacuumed the next day the breakfast was out of eggs and yogurt. The breakfast was overall terrible the whole time of our stay.

One of in the group was seriously injured and needed 8 stitches from the faulty door.
房间还可以。这家酒店确实比较老旧，需要好好修缮一下。“自助早餐”最多只能算一般，没什么特别的，只有面包和糕点，而我们因为麸质过敏不能吃。早餐里有鸡蛋，还有一些看起来像是切成薄片的加拿大培根。制冰机坏了，走廊里还有蟑螂在爬。感觉不太值这个价钱。
需要大幅改进 - 不干净
我不太想给出差评，但遗憾的是，这家酒店的条件很差。房间里有虫子，房间很脏，而且管道也出了问题。
房间很舒适，前台小姐非常友好热情。早餐很棒，而且离码头只有几分钟的路程，方便我们钓鱼，这点我很喜欢。
酒店缺乏大量维护，房间的清洁度也不是很好。
下午的工作人员很好，很关注。
