We booked 2 nights here, checked in late on a Sunday night and discovered 2 roaches in our bathroom, along with no hot water, and a messed up room AC. We ended up sweaty and asked to move rooms in the middle of the night, after finding a couple of other roaches.

The room was nice except for the brown substance on the inside of the closet door. The housekeeping staff was banging on the walls outside of our room early this morning. They should definitely be more aware of the guests.

Staff was helpful and courteous. Hotel seems to be actively under going some improvements. Which is great, since our bath tub had an extreme amount of wear and tear.

What you need when you choose a hotel for a one night stay on your way to somewhere else is a good night’s sleep. We did not get that here. There were strange noises all night and what sounded like a herd of elephants in the room above us. Tapping and crackling noises woke us up many times. We talked to several other guests on our hall, in the elevator, and at breakfast who also heard the same noises that woke them up. We arrived to breakfast and there was no coffee ready. When the woman brought it out several minutes layer, she picked up the old container and stood in front of the coffee talking to another employee. She went to the breakfast area and seemed to count the plates, but didn’t check the food (the eggs were empty). The food was fine and standard fare, but the attendant needed to have additional food ready instead of waiting to be asked if there was any more to start preparing it. (There was still an hour left for breakfast at this point.) I don’t like to give bad reviews, but we would not stay here again. However, if you find yourself in Dublin for the night, I highly recommend that you seek out Company Supply downtown for dinner. Excellent food and service.
