Hot tub was very comfy, but there's some loose tiles and other signs of wear. My son found a small tile floating in the water. Room was very clean, bed was comfortable, and pillows were perfect.

I used to live in Neenah in the late 1980's so very familiar with Doubletree (used to be Valley Inn) and love the convenience of the location to downtown Neenah and family in area. Will always stay there when in area and would recommend highly.

We ate at the restaurant & the guy working there was great! This was Fri. Evening around 5:30. He had 4 tables & 5 at the bar. He was running the bar, taking orders & bringing out food. And he was very attentive to all of us!

This 3rd party booking service is horrible i will be contacting someone i wasnt able to check i was left straned with no room and no way to contsct ******* TO CHANGE THE DATE .

This hotel was very dirty!!! The floor of the shower was black, the smoke detector was orange and nasty. The toilet seat only had one screw holding it on and the coating on the toilet seat was chipping away. No breakfast was offered at 7am when it was suppose to start at 6am. Staff was very unfriendly when this stuff was brought up to them.

Dirty bathroom

The shower was disgusting—mold and mildew. We changed rooms because the original room was next to the elevator, despite my online reservation specifically requesting a room away from the elevator. No change in bathroom cleanliness. Dirty entry doors to each room should have been the indicator that attention to detail was not present in this hotel. Very unfortunate as the hotel is in a prime spot.

Decent for price - location A

Elevators small and badly need some cleaning and overall updating. Ceilings low as hotel is showing signs of age, but overall location is great downtown Neenah walking distance to most downtown shops and restaurants.
