The front desk staff at check in and evening were very nice and helpful. Professional. The property needs repairs, the cleaning staff did not change or make bed, take trash or resupply towels, after we put linen and stuff outside room for pick up. Had to get bedding at 10:00pm! TV only had some channels and water in tub was very low pressure. Toilets are almost on the floor. Not ADA compliant.

The room smelled musty upon entering. The climate control was difficult to stabilize. The bathroom was old, outdated and unkept with chipped grout and paint.

Staff was great. Room 116 was clean, but bathroom was in terrible shape. Shower head had black mold on it. There was stuff all over the wall by the toilet and next to the shower. The coffee maker was in the bathroom next to the shower. There was nowhere near the shower to hang towels for use when getting out of the shower. Made staff aware when we were checking out, so hopefully they are able to make the necessary changes.

We were here Friday-Sunday for a baseball tournament. We stayed in room 126. Outside of our room and all throughout the property outdoors smelled like a dead animal. At times it was intolerable. I asked the front desk about it and they said a truck had dumped a load of manure in the parking lot of the gas station beside the hotel. There were flies EVERYWHERE and if you left your door open for any length of time they would come in the room. I feel like the flies were from the manure. The breakfast was powdered eggs, microwaved sausage, waffles, toast, yogurt and cereal. The pool and pool area were clean. Our room was clean. When we first got there it smelled but once we turned the air conditioner on, we didnt smell it again. I think it was just stale from not being used. The bedding was clean and comfortable. The towels were bright white and smelled clean. Our bathroom was clean. Overall, our experience was good. The office staff was extremely kind and very apologetic about the smell and flies but it really was beyond their control. I would stay here again.

It was ok, not sure I would stay here again. And definitely not for $170/night. Room was clean but there was always people hanging around outside their rooms and people walking through the parking lot.
