This hotel use to be operated and managed by Holiday Inn. No wonder they vacated it several years ago. Ramada should do the same just to save their reputation. I stay there because it is the better (not really) of two evils. Should I travel to my customer in NY traffic or stay at the Ramada because it is closer to my customer? First of all, the restaurant used for breakfast is a disgrace. The last time I stayed there, a month or so ago, I walked in and walked out after giving it a once over. It was so hot, they didn't even use the air conditioning. I won't say any more. This time, my room had a dirty bed spread. God only knows what was on it. The toilet had a spec of human excrement stuck in the bowl. There appeared to be sinus excrement on the side of the TV cabinet. The 110 volt receptacle was coming out of the lamp at the desk. The chair sat crooked. The toilet ran every 5 minutes and the tube TV's are out dated and too dark. I don't think anyone has ever moved the end tables and dusted behind them either. Why didn't I ask for a different room? Because all rooms are basically the same. I stayed in a handicap room last summer. There was soap left in the shower, paper in the toilet, and hair strands on the floor. The more I think about it, I think traveling in NY traffic on my next visit to Yonkers, may be the better solution. I know that there are better hotels in West Chester, NY.

It’s cheap and for a reason. If you’re wanting to stay here expect screaming from other rooms, nasty mattresses, the rooms to smell like ****, the floors to be sticky/soggy. I won’t be staying here again and I will be very cautious around Ramada’s for the rest of my life.

I thought for sure there were murders in this hotel. We went up to our room and left within 15 min couldn’t stay there. Luckily ******* was excellent in refunding our money. To dirty in every aspect

This was my first ever hotel stay, and I really enjoyed it. My room was exceptionally clean, linen clean, bathroom sink, toilet, and tub also clean. The place was also quiet. Only a couple of incidents with a car in the parking lot outside my window playing music way too loud during the night. Also, my curtains were wide opened to get the sun in until I realized the windows are not tinted or mirrored from the outside, so anyone from the parking lot can see you. Vending machines are on the floor as well as ice machines. Housecleaning and front desk workers are all beautiful and helpful people. The phones in the room doesn't work at all as for calling out, but who needs it. Everybody has their own phones these days. I only ordered DoorDash food so I can't tell you how the food is, except the continental breakfast in the morning. I ate hot bagels with butter and jelly. The bed is huge and soft. I smelled no **** smoke, and I must say that along made it worth the stay and worth the price. A bit of cigarette smoke in the hallways when walking to the elevators, but nothing major. Overall, I give this hotel five stars all day. 11 days, and a great experience.

Great hotel the views are exceptional will be visiting again in the near future. This is actually not my first time staying at this Ramada by Wyndham Yonkers so that should tell you how much I recommend this Getaway.

I’m going to write this while I’m still here, because if they don’t care, I don’t care. I’ll preface this by saying that I’ve NEVER had a problem with the people at the front desk, they’ve always been pleasant. So today(April 3rd 2023), I woke up to the sound of water. I wake up and wow! water is everywhere. I immediately call the front desk on my cell phone, because the phone in the room doesn’t work at all. Someone came immediately and he cleans the water. He says I need a new room because the water is everywhere and it needs to get cleaned and dried out or it will mold. I get a new room in no time. I have to go back and forth between my old room and the new one to move my stuff out/in. While I’m doing this, housekeeping women, assuming that I am not Hispanic or at the very least speak Spanish are saying the most disrespectful things in Spanish. God knows they’re not angry because they clean all day and the rooms are spotless, because I’m sure you’ve all seen the reviews on room conditions. But this was my last straw. I’ve stayed at this place for years. Sometimes for a month at a time, but never again. After this stay I will no longer come back here. The unprofessionalism and disrespect was the last straw for me.

The staff was awesome. The main issue are the fixtures and furniture. The lamps appear to be dirty and rusted in some places. The drawers were also aged and unclean. I think The Ramada should take time and remodel to meet the standards of hotels and motels of today.

It was a short stay. It was nice and quiet and clean. will go back if need to. I would like to see the pool in the summer. great area. stores, gas station. easy to the highways as well. for a short stay

Hotel was safe with good parking and affordable, but the room condition was poor as was the bathroom. I would have paid more to have a clean and updated room. Front desk staff was friendly and breakfast was fair.
