Please Update your amenities
The amenities that the hotel advertised as having were all out of service; including the onsite laundry that was not working, printer did not print, the free internet had low to no signal strength! The towels were always washed late evening! And the free breakfast was not editable.

Management do better
I have never wrote a review so extensive in my entire existence. This location has potential however, this hotel is NOT worth the visit. The room was not clean. Start off with the bed. It was hard with the sheets and covers smelling like an old ass man. The initial towel count was one wash cloth and one bath towel. I went down to get more towels and it’s time to replace them. The towels are not clean.
Rebranding also requires improving business operations to accommodate the new brand. Corporate do your job and evaluate this property. To the brand and standard you are trying to implement.
Furthermore, the overnight staff is not attentive. Attitude gotta go. You are in hospitality. In this case this hotel should consider an autonomous route if customer service satisfaction is a problem. I requested for different bedding and the text feature of accommodation doesn’t work.
The halls are smelly and disgusting. The entire hotel needs a deep clean. The breakfast is not like other properties I have been in. There were flies near the food and the food looks very displeasing.

Terrible! We were there not even 5 minutes and left. Dirty, stains all over, bed not even changed from previous family, BUGS!

The carpet on the 2nd floor had SEVERAL VERY LARGE stains; when I asked for a wash cloth it had TWO hairs on it (one very long; one shorter)-the Desk Clerk said it had just come out of the dryer-NO WAY-so I went and bought my own wash cloths a short distance away at Wal-Mart; the sheet on the sofa was dirty-it had NOT been changed.
The children in the room above me were stomping in the room.
One night, the person in the room next to me had their TV turned up extremely loud ALL night.
The sink basin in my room was loose.
The Staff persons were nice.
The Hotel needs MANY, MANY upgrades!!!
