Elevator did not work. I was given the wrong room. Underneath the sofa bed & its mattress was filthy. Lady bugs on the ceiling. Only two face towels and when asked for more, still didn’t get them. Breakfast- HORRIBLE. Only scrambled eggs, biscuits, and sausage patties. We ate off of Great Value foam plates. Rooms are not soundproof as advertised.

Overall great size room and hotel. One small issue is the King size bed platform is like an aluminum base and the box spring and mattress on top. When sitting or sleeping, the aluminum base does make a popping noise often.

I am writing to express my disappointment with several aspects of my recent stay at your hotel.
• Room Service & Housekeeping: At no point during my stay did I receive room service, nor did I see staff cleaning rooms on my floor. There was no indication prior to my arrival that room service would not be provided.
• Towels: When I requested additional towels at the front desk, I was informed that the hotel had run out. The towels provided in the room appeared discolored and in need of proper laundering.
• Breakfast Service: On one morning, the front desk attendant was solely responsible for preparing food, which led to long delays. I was told breakfast service ended at 9:30 a.m., yet at 8:30 a.m. I was asked to wait and ultimately had only a muffin. While I appreciate that on my final day a complete breakfast was available, the inconsistency was disappointing.
Overall, these issues significantly impacted my stay. I believe guests should be informed in advance if services such as room cleaning or adequate breakfast staffing are unavailable. I hope you will take steps to improve service quality and ensure that future guests have a more satisfactory experience.

The tv was broke, the elevator was broken, we were told to call the front desk to get our luggage from the third floor which was never answered. Breakfast all the hot food was gone and was twenty minutes before it was refilled.

I had two rooms one room a/c didn’t work and the other room had an old/musty smell, microwave didn’t work, the TV wouldn’t connect to Netflix and TV kept restarting while watching movies. We only had one bath towel when we got to the room. The night attendant was great and very apologetic when I told her about the room with no a/c.
She came up and fixed it herself. Kudos to her because although she seem overwhelmed when we got there at 12:30 a.m. She still had excellent customer service.
The buffet could have been better, sausage was the only option for meat. Not looking for a spread but I’m looking for options.

I left my pain relief device in the room after I checked out and I called back the front desk personnel retrieved it and had it at the front desk for me. Thank You so much. The room, breakfast and accommodations were excellent I’ll definitely stay again when in Jackson.
