The property is in desperate need of painting and furniture updating. The chair in our room look like it was out at the garbage and they brought it in. It was filthy.

No complaints... shuttle had perfect timing .... staff were accommodating...tvs aren't smart so till have yo watch cable tv.
对于商务旅行来说，这里还不错。前台工作人员友好又专业。房间相当干净。酒店感觉有些老旧，有点破败。电视相对于房间大小来说太小了，尤其是那间一居室的。沙发不是很旧，但感觉底部没有支撑。空调整晚都在发出噪音。房间和走廊里弥漫着狗屎和香烟的味道。对于商务旅行来说，这里还可以，但不适合带妻子和孩子一起住。

我房间里的电话坏了。电视遥控器坏了，顶部的一块掉了，就像有人把它扔到房间的另一边一样。所以我只能打开电视，不能换频道或调低音量。而且电视声音太大了。我告诉了前台，他们说会试着帮我找一个新的遥控器，但之后就再也没来过我的房间。电梯旁边有其他客人留下的外卖垃圾，从我入住到第二天退房一直放在那里。房间很干净，但服务可以更好一些。
我们一家人都很喜欢这里的工作人员，他们都非常友好。工作人员能够快速解答问题，而且知识渊博。我们还会再来的。
他们重复预订了我的房间，无法为我提供住宿，给我带来了不便，管理人员非常粗鲁，拒绝退还我的钱，这是我经历过的最糟糕的经历

房间状况不佳。椅子上有污渍，床头板上有刮痕，洒水器里塞满了纸巾或纸巾。
