The AC in my room didn't work couldn't sleep all night and i know it didn't stop working when i got there. Very disappointed with my stay.

The room was very clean. I loved the airport shuttle (FREE) AND BREAKFAST. I was looking forward to waffles but the pancakes were nice and the flava creams/coffee.
对于商务旅行来说，这里还不错。前台工作人员友好又专业。房间相当干净。酒店感觉有些老旧，有点破败。电视相对于房间大小来说太小了，尤其是那间一居室的。沙发不是很旧，但感觉底部没有支撑。空调整晚都在发出噪音。房间和走廊里弥漫着狗屎和香烟的味道。对于商务旅行来说，这里还可以，但不适合带妻子和孩子一起住。

我房间里的电话坏了。电视遥控器坏了，顶部的一块掉了，就像有人把它扔到房间的另一边一样。所以我只能打开电视，不能换频道或调低音量。而且电视声音太大了。我告诉了前台，他们说会试着帮我找一个新的遥控器，但之后就再也没来过我的房间。电梯旁边有其他客人留下的外卖垃圾，从我入住到第二天退房一直放在那里。房间很干净，但服务可以更好一些。
我们一家人都很喜欢这里的工作人员，他们都非常友好。工作人员能够快速解答问题，而且知识渊博。我们还会再来的。
他们重复预订了我的房间，无法为我提供住宿，给我带来了不便，管理人员非常粗鲁，拒绝退还我的钱，这是我经历过的最糟糕的经历
