Don't go. Floor felt like it was going to cave in and slippery. Unsafe. Bed was too high from ground. Husband is 5'7 and still had problems. Toilet was made for a child. Didn't know they came that small. Shouldn't be on exped ia website

We booked a room that listed 3 adults with a king bed. There was no pull out couch or roll away bed. I guess they expect 3 adults to sleep in one king bed. Tried to cancel but had no luck. No other rooms available. The receptionist Chris did go out of his way to get us more blankets and pillows so one of us could sleep on floor. He was awesome, and worked non stop! Tried cancel booking via Travelocity but no help there. Called customer service who could not help, asked for call back from supervisor and was informed one would call. All I got was email saying they couldn’t reach me at number provided. The number provided was same as my profile on Travelocity.

Booked a queen room don’t think it was a queen bed but the worst part is getting woke up at 9:30 am by them knocking on doors for room service when you don’t have to be out until 11am

Overall I had a great experience. I would have liked to check in earlier but I understand why I was unable too. I think the plumbing fixtures could have used some maintenance or have been updated, as I had some trouble with mine. The staff was phenomenal! They were super nice and very helpful. I would stay here again.

Chris at the front desk is a nicest most personable sweetest person I've had at a hotel...EVER. our room was exactly what we needed. Amazing sleep and a shot of coffee in the AM all you need. Right by 6 flags too. It was great!

This is our 4th stay. It is close to all the places we need to be. Very friendly staff. Clean rooms. We will be back!

The comforter did not look clean and when I woke up the next morning and went into the bathroom, there were cockroaches.
