Basically a truck stop motel. Room/ building smelled like mold and mice. Did not see and roaches or bedbugs thankfully. It was convenient for the time being but will not book again

Once in our hotel it was dark and smelled. We decided to turn in the keys and leave because we just did not feel good about staying in the Hotel.

The front desk worker was on her phone and not at the desk. When we asked for more milk she just shook her head.

The bed sheets were badly stained, and looked unwashed. A hole in the wall, windows did not lock and the front door latch had issues locking. We checked in, looked at the conditions and did not stay. We rebooked at another hotel. Charging $175/night for a hotel in that condition and not being clean is unaccetable

We needed bubbly water for an acute upset stomach, but the vending machine was broken. The nearest open drugstore (for alka-seltzer) meant getting into a car in the middle of the night. When we turned on the tap in the wee hours, all we got coming out of the pipes for 10 minutes was air. The folks running the desk did not behave as though they had the authority or knowledge to explain or help resolve these problems. All this was disappointing. That said, the room was clean & well prepared and the location felt safe. But I guess, bring your own snacks & meds & comfort items, as you won't find them on site.

Upon entering the grassy area, a couch is immediately visible, prompting an inquiry into the nature of the accommodations. While the surface appears clean, a deeper level of cleaning is evidently lacking.
Our suite included a pull-out sofa bed, which unfortunately exhibited significant staining. Furthermore, the limited space made deploying the sofa bed impractical.
The provided beds were full-sized rather than queen-sized, potentially leading to discomfort for two occupants. Considering the nightly rate of $220, the value proposition warrants further evaluation.
入住很顺利，房间虽然有些陈旧，但基本干净。只是房间里弥漫着浓重的烟味（明明是无烟房）。发现了两种不同的虫子（但没有发现臭虫），所以其他虫子倒也无所谓。酒店位置很方便，符合我们的需求，而且我们只住了一晚。

我和丈夫在皇宫剧院过夜，观看演出。我们到得很晚，邻居们的吵闹声让我们无法入睡。我们向前台的女士询问吃饭的地方和去皇宫剧院的路线，但得到的回应是茫然的眼神。她甚至没有告诉我们客房服务，也没有提醒我们第二天早上的欧陆式早餐。
这不是一个适合居住的地方。肮脏、破败。到处都是可疑的人。床破烂不堪。我的孩子们都吓坏了。不好。
