People were sleeping in the parking lot. The fridge and stove were rusty and looked like they’ve been there from the 1960s. There was hair on the floors and counters. The floor itself was sticky, the bed was disheveled, there was spray on the furniture, there were stains on the carpet area, the bathroom was rusted and unclean, you could hear people on the hallways yelling and fighting. There was gunk on the remote. I left and went to the Hilton. Will not stay there

the whole place SMELLS LIKE SMOKE. The head board and wall around it were stained and marked up. The metal in the shower, toilet and sink was stained brown and black. Adjacent rooms looked as if People were living there. Kids being picked up by the school bus in front and in the parking lot. Tried changing rooms bug found bugs and more issues in the 2nd rom. Checked out next morning. DO NOT STAY HERE

This hotel is not welcoming, not clean, and not safe for anyone to stay at. We had to ring the bell and call the hotel for several minutes to get front desk staff to arrive. After finally checking in and getting to our room, the room smelled and the air tasted of something rotting. The entire floor and the furniture was sticky. There was a brown substance--that looked like and smelled like leaking sewage--on the bedroom (NOT the bathroom) floor. It took forever to get the front desk staff back to assist and all they could do was to give us our money back but that would take 7-10 business days. AWFUL experience. Would not recommend. The public health department should shut this place down.

Ridiculous customer service.
Booked 1 king + pullout couch for my wife, daughter and myself. Arrived 3pm to no bedding in room for pullout. Went to front desk and requested bedding, and was told it would be brought to the room. Left property, returned at midnight... still no bedding. Went to front desk and was handed a fitted sheet and a blanket, but was told they were "out of pillows". (Apparently they were out of top sheets too?)
THEN... went back to room, and toilet is clogged. Called front desk and was told to "come down and get a plunger". (Fix your own toilet at a hotel?!?!?) Went to front desk, and nobody was there, even though they knew I was on my way down! Tapped on glass for probably 5 minutes before staff returned to desk and handed me a plunger.
3 people book a room, and you don't provide bedding for 3?
You assure someone there will be bedding and 9 hours later there's still none?
And then you make the guest come get it?
How does a hotel not have enough bedding for the beds that they have?
Cleaning staff doesn't flush the toilet between guests to make sure it's working?
Guest then has to come get the plunger and do it himself?
Guest tells you they're on their way to the desk, and that's when you decide to go to the bathroom?
Not a single apology from anyone for any of this?

I booked this hotel last minute after my daughter and her friend had been at the ballfield all day, and we had to be back early in the morning. When walking in the 1st floor it smelled like cigarette smoke. The 1st room we checked into was dirty, pull out couch bed sheet was dirty/stained, used soap was left in the shower, and a cockroach was on the wall. We went to the front desk and got another room. The hotel needs to be updated in general. Our floor was sticky, the kids were grossed out, but at this time it was late and we ****** it up. For the amount I spent I wish I would have stayed somewhere else.

An adequate accommodation choice
This hotel was booked last minute and it was adequate overall. The lobby area was clean and the reservation process was smooth. The room was fairly clean but outdated. You'll need to request dishes and utensils from the front desk. The downside was that there was no hot water or water pressure in the shower. We had to use a local gym for showers and it was inconvenient. But overall, it's solid but no frills

This is my third time visiting this hotel in the past two months, it's a great value for your money, the staff very friendly, great location , I will stay again in the same hotel on my next visit .
