The bathroom door lock was broke. The lights about the bathroom sink were shorting and had to be adjusted. The sofa bed mattress had stains on the the bottom and they would not provide sheets for the sofa bed. The beds were not soft.

This location is largely filled with families. There was the smell of smoke in the hallways and the heat was stifling. The room appeared to be clean but I could still see that there were old urine stains on the toilet rim (not cool) but I was exhausted and dealt with it myself. It had a kitchenette with dead roaches in it but we only needed it for 1 night. Overall, it was quiet and the staff was professional. The room also had a couch and lounge chair

In the Rooms especially kitchen (stove) and toilet are old and yellow inside, they don’t work properly, I reported but maintenance didn’t do any different with them

The room had the smoke alarm disconnected and hanging from the ceiling. I was nervous the entire time there. The mattress had a deep indentation in it so i rolled into all the time. The pillows were like cement. It was 4 days of torture. Most of the staff were nice and amiable. The rest shouldnt be working there at all.

It was the worst experience to uave and to then be there for a funeral, made it worse. Service was slow to respond at the front desk. Sheets were dirty even after asking for clean ones. Pullout bed was ripped and base broken. The microwave caught fire if you used it. Room phone didnt work the 3 days of our stay.

Disgusting rooms, not clean, did not stay
People were sleeping in the parking lot. The fridge and stove were rusty and looked like they’ve been there from the 1960s. There was hair on the floors and counters. The floor itself was sticky, the bed was disheveled, there was spray on the furniture, there were stains on the carpet area, the bathroom was rusted and unclean, you could hear people on the hallways yelling and fighting. There was gunk on the remote. I left and went to the Hilton. Will not stay there

the whole place SMELLS LIKE SMOKE. The head board and wall around it were stained and marked up. The metal in the shower, toilet and sink was stained brown and black. Adjacent rooms looked as if People were living there. Kids being picked up by the school bus in front and in the parking lot. Tried changing rooms bug found bugs and more issues in the 2nd rom. Checked out next morning. DO NOT STAY HERE
