We were very upset the day we were checking out. We needed to get in the road early, planned for 7am so that we could eat before leaving. The breakfast was supposed to be ready at 630. When we came down after 7 there was no breakfast available and when i asked the front desk about it she said that breakfast wasn't her job. We had to pay for breakfast that wasn't in our budget, and take additional time that we should have been on the road.

Room was clean. Staff, although efficient, were not friendly.
Hot breakfast menu items were cold, pastries were stale.
Overall, breakfast was mediocre at best. Although I didn't choose this hotel for the breakfast, the food (literally) left a bad taste and turned what would have been a good stay, into a subpar visit.

Room carpet was vacuumed but the rug needs to be deep cleaned. I walked with bare feet and wondered why my feet were so dirty when I took my morning and night time showers. The bath mat was filthy. I have not experienced that before. Pool not useable. Finding the entrance to get to the hotel is frustrating for anyone (gps couldn’t even find it) Tiny hidden hotel sign.

Ok, except pool
Everything was fine, nothing of note. The pool was disgusting! Green water, no filter running and couldn’t even see the bottom of the pool

It was a nice place to stay for the reason i came. The breakfast needs a little approving. Like each day the bacon was cooked all the way.

Expedia's room (mine) was canceled because hotel was overbooked. I was never contacted by *******, but thank goodness the Fairfield Inn people talked to me. I still don't know if ******* is charging me for a non-refundable room that was never there to start with. Will you ever call me?

Honest review, with details
Loved the walk-in shower. However, for safety, it should have grab rails / bars inside. First time used, the floor was slippery, and there was no non-skid on the floor. This could become a legal liability issue if somebody falls.
Breakfast was boring. Same-o, same-o, every morning x 5 night stay. Eggs, bacon .... Everything else was pre-packaged or individually wrapped. No "cooked" oatmeal, nor biscuits and gravy. Consequently, I went out to eat breakfast. My choice.
Otherwise, my stay and quiet, clean, and comfortable.
Given other choices in area, I would probably stay here again.

Nick and His staff are top notch! The hotel was wonderful, clean, and nice. The pool was great! The breakfast was great! Next time we are in the area that is where we are going to stay!
