The bed was horrible to sleep on. Too hard for both of us. The hot water for the shower never did get very hot. Also the fridge made very loud screeching sounds throughout the night. If we didn't have items in it I would have unplugged it. Breakfast wasn't great. The yogurts were all "expired" by at least 2 weeks. The waffles and cereal were good. They were out of the eggs and sausages when we were there.

The check in process was easy. The noise of the fridge and the neighbors were horrible. I never slept. I actually just left at 3am cause I can’t stand it anymore. I would rather risk driving with no sleep in the dark then spend another minute in that room. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

Dozens of ants in the bathroom. Plaster was falling off the ceiling in the bathroom.
Some of the plug ins did not work.
Breakfast was ok. food was good. Seating was very limited.
我的旅行社老板让我早点起床，所以不需要房间。他说不行，必须提前48小时预订。停车场里连辆车都没有。下次旅行我不会再住那里了。我当时只想入住，用一下床和浴室就走，让他们自己打扫房间。
酒店员工态度恶劣。他们会在客人抵达时从信用卡里扣除100美元的押金。大多数酒店只会冻结一部分资金。我不得不多次打电话要求他们退还这100美元押金。房间需要爬楼梯才能到达。要么下楼到一楼，要么上楼到二楼或三楼。我们最终取消了回程的预订，甚至为了入住另一家酒店而支付了更高的费用。
前台工作人员很不专业，而且在我看来，他们还试图勾搭我的伴侣。我觉得这位前台工作人员的英语不太好。此外，我房间的电话服务也很差。更糟糕的是，冰箱不同层架上都有融化的水渍。我认为酒店管理层对前台工作人员的培训非常不到位。我不会向我的朋友或亲戚推荐这家酒店。这家酒店需要更换管理团队。
我到房间的时候，他们正在维修水管，工具都留在房间里了，浴缸的水龙头也拆下来了。另外，冬天的时候，请务必在房间里放一条保暖的毯子。暖气太热睡不着，你需要一个稍微暖和一点的房间和毯子。我知道这样可以减少洗衣量和床虱，但在北方山区，这是必须的。
我不喜欢我明明预订的是两张大床的房间，结果却被安排到一间两张标准双人床的房间。
