This hotel room was dirty. Everything was outdated. The bathroom was dirty, trim on the door was filthy, and had broken floor tiles. We would not recommend a stay here. Spark Hotel about 3 miles away would be a much better option.

The room was very chemical smelling from Fabuloso cleaner, it was overpowering. The bathroom floor was dirty, and shower curtain torn. There were about 6-7 flies in the room. The king bed was old and creaky and the pullout couch was uncomfortable. The kitchen looked clean, but I wouldn’t stay here again.

This location hasn’t been well-maintained. The rooms are dark and dismal. There are kitchenettes in the rooms but you have to ask for cookware, dishes and utensils. There are better options in Guilford.

Spacious, but needs work. Looks run down from the outside. Inside needs someone to take a Mr. Clean to the walls and doors! Needs a handyman to work on repairs.

The ceiling in our room had a large patch that had fallen out and another patch that had recently been added but not painted or finished in any way. Certainly not a $200 room. I have stayed in nicer places for half the cost.
