The breakfast had such a variety for everyone. That was more than some of the hotel chains I've been too. Very clean rooms, hotel staff was very pleasant. All of them.

The rooms were clean, bed comfortable. The bathroom was identified as accessible. However there was a step over bath tub, with handrails. Accessible to me would be a walk in shower. Also water came from the ceiling when the shower was turned on, there seem to be mold on the ceiling. The staff offered to mkve us but that was at 9 pm and we were not at the hotel. It was a one night stay, and okay for that

Entrance to parking a bit tricky and narrow. I entered to another hotels entrance parking in the beginning. The other thing I didn’t like about the place is the wall must have little to no insulations. I heard the snoring from next door all night.
The place overall though is clean and worth the price. Breakfast was descent.

Great Staff - Decent Room
The entire front desk staff were absolutely amazing - very kind, friendly, and helpful! Our room #212 was clean, but it was not in the best condition. Our desk/office chair was broke and the door stopper on the wall entering the room was stripped and had fallen on the floor. One thing that we did not like about the king room with a whirlpool tub, there was no privacy panel, whatsoever, between the bathroom and the living area where the whirlpool tub was located, and that was something we had an issue with.

这次入住体验令人失望。房间有股霉味，空调不好使，根本不制冷。早餐难以下咽，最糟糕的是员工极其不体贴。每次出了问题，他们都推卸责任。以后再也不会入住这家酒店，也不会再入住任何其他康福特套房酒店。太令人失望了。
房间干净，基本舒适度也符合要求。但我觉得工作人员态度冷漠，告知酒店规章和违规费用时敷衍了事，简直令人难以接受。我理解有些客人可能不太尊重酒店，但他们告知规章和费用的方式，就像机器人回复一样，毫无人情味，让人感觉不到任何亲切感。令人遗憾的是，我们本应该得到一个微笑和一份真诚的欢迎。
日班接待员不太友好。夜班接待员非常礼貌热情。浴缸排水速度太慢。床很舒服。酒店位置优越，离我们的活动地点很近。房间里有点霉味。
优点：我们来这里参加葬礼。我和妻子都来自附近地区，她来自比弗镇，我来自月亮镇。我们现在住在另一个州。我订了两间房，房间干净宽敞，足够我们一家八口入住。停车方便，酒店位置优越，靠近购物中心和餐厅，而且离葬礼举办地比弗镇也很近。每天早上都有早餐供应。
缺点：前台工作人员早上服务态度很差。我和妻子都在酒店前台工作，她在科迪特酒店工作，我在拉昆塔酒店工作。我可以告诉你，前台没有任何问候，没有欢迎，也没有“我能帮您什么吗？”之类的问候。当我们直接向前台工作人员问好时，他们也没有回应。没有任何问候，也没有任何回应我们的请求。酒店看起来并没有满房。我们要求延迟退房一小时，这样我们就可以在比弗镇吃早餐，不用急着赶回去。但被拒绝了。再说一遍，酒店并没有满房。停车场也只有寥寥几辆车。我住过其他舒适套房酒店，从未遇到过这种情况。我不会像他们那样对待其他酒店客人。而且，我们入住期间电梯一直坏着。我们房间楼下有人吵架，前台却无人理会，吵了一整夜。我以后绝不会再住这家酒店。
