Clean room & the Staff was friendly. The room (king) was spacious. The room phone DID NOT work, and when i reported it, the "maintenance" guy responded quickly. USE CAUTION on the stairs to the second floor. They are narrow, and feel steeper than normal stairs. Oh,and the "air freshener" in the stair well is AWFUL!

Front desk can be a little bit more friendly. The hallways were not clean. We had no laundry bag in our room. It was OK stay the thermostat on the wall does not operate. The heating and air unit had to operate the unit from its own controls. could use some upgrades But for the price it was all right.

Overall the cleanliness was good. Did not like how the hotel smelled like a pot farm and our room smelled like stale cigarettes to the point after we cleaned for ourselves and sprayed air refresher, it still smelled and our sleep was interrupted.

Staff friendly, but that was the only positive point.
There was a funky smell in my room and in the stairwells which were also very dirty. Breakfast apparently is first come first serve and they do not replenish because when I came down at 8 AM (breakfast advertised 6-9 AM) there was only bread, apples, and oatmeal. I don’t think there’s an elevator, which makes things very difficult if you have a large suitcase and aren’t on the first floor.
I will not be staying there again.

Unpleasant, noisy, moldy and really uncomfortable. Felt unsafe. This stay at the end of the family trip created an unfortunate bad memory.

When we checked in we could not understand the front desk agent and he acted like we were bothering him. We wanted to use the pool but the agent was giving me, a female, the creeps. There is a hole in the bathroom wall. I can see the metal stud. I can't tell the difference between laying in the bed and laying in the floor, the mattress is that hard. On checkout the front desk agent would not speak over a whisper in broken english. He went to do a room check and when he returned there was a line of people. Instead of finishing checking me out, he went through 3 other customers before our transaction. He even asked one of the customers in said line if they would like to have their deposit back. Afterwards, he acted like he wanted his paperclip back after handing it to me with my deposit. The breakfast consisted of apples and palm sized muffins. There was no refridgerator for milk or cream. I didn't bother checking to see if there was any orange juice. I don't drink coffee so there was no need for me to check that. Overall, we had a bad stay. We will never stay here again.

我对电子产品不太在行，当时遇到Wi-Fi连接问题，他帮我解决了，这样我就可以完成工作要求，而不用去其他地方了。他完全没必要帮我，他真是一位值得重视的优秀员工。
他让我对速8酒店的好感度倍增。
这家酒店可以升级一下他们的早餐区，不过高速公路的噪音估计是没办法解决了。但如果你不介意一点噪音的话，这里的热水很充足，床铺也很干净。虽然不是最新的酒店，但物有所值。
