The elevator was broken, so the luggage had to be carried up by way of the stairs. The breakfast buffet was out of food and even though we and other lodgers waited for over thirty minutes, the only thing refilled was the pan of biscuits. We didn't attempt having breakfast at the hotel the second morning due to the issues of the previous day.

So far the elevator doesn't work, the curtain won't shut to block out noise and light, the room smells like paint as well as there is no shower curtain. Now the bathroom floor is wet. We are ill so we have no choice , but to tolerate this.

Checking in was fast & easy. Unfortunately, the elevators were not functioning, but they gave me a room on the 3rd floor just as I asked & close to the stairwell, but not adjacent to it. The room was fantastic. Spacious and as neat and clean as it could be. The traffic noise was annoying, but at least I had a room on the backside of the building. Overall it was a very good stay.

It would have been great, however, tv not working at all really ruined the trip. Even after wanting to relocate to another room. Dissatisfied.

Room was clean . Location was good . TV did not work. It wouldn’t connect to internet . Couldn’t login to personal accounts . Called front desk . Staff member was apologetic but said she didn’t know what to tell us. . Reported it next morning to front desk . Staff member said she was sorry .

Room was spacious and updated. There was a dried contact lens on the divider between the sitting area and bedroom. That means that area was not dusted or cleaned. Aside from that…the rest of the room was clean. The housekeeping staff did not speak to guests or allow guests to get on the elevator first. One went as far as to position her cleaning cart so no guests could ride with her. Most hotels make sure guests can go first or at least make room for guests. We also booked and paid a deposit for a king and queen room. We were given 2 queens. That is pretty messed up. The continental breakfast was good. It was close to the polar express. We would stay again but a little kindness and honesty with providing accommodations booked goes along way.

I read somewhere that this place had been re-furbished. But I saw little evidence. Every day I had to get a fresh keycard!

The staff was nice and friendly. The rooms were nice but could use some updating. The furniture was worn and there were water stains on the bathroom ceiling. Also, there was no towel bars to hang wet towels. There needs to be a visible sign to lead you to the hotel since its way in the back.

I was there from Thursday to Sunday.
My bed was not made up either day.
The floor was not swept or moped either day.
My plastic cups were not replaced either day.
I had to go and get my own plunger to unstop the toilet.
The shower was slow to drain.
There were multiple gnats flying around the room.
The elevator was stuck and inoperable at one point during one day there.
The room looked older than the pictures online.
