比起费尔蒙这个品牌这家酒店弱了一些。冰箱没有电、插座也掉地上没有发现。前台让我多付100欧换了双床说房间特别漂亮。进来后旧旧的阴阴的一般般
除非我额外付费，否则无法使用水疗池。我以为度假村费用会包含使用泳池的费用，因为度假村费用中明确说明泳池使用费包含在内。但我来这里就是为了使用泳池，结果却毁了我的75岁生日庆祝活动。我对在这家度假村的住宿体验非常失望和不满意。
我还被告知会收到生日礼物，结果根本没收到！
酒店和房间都很漂亮。唯一令人失望的是咖啡车。我的拿铁花了8美元，不热，而且冲泡得也不好……应该有人在那里做质量控制。
不过，你们的水疗中心和泳池工作人员非常棒……非常热情好客，乐于助人——包括经营水疗中心咖啡馆的那位女士（红头发）。
我们在索诺玛度过了一个美好的周末，和朋友们一起。酒店真的很棒——床很舒服，浴室干净，入住时还赠送了葡萄酒。
我们住在泳池边的小屋里，几个小时后发现其中一张椅子上爬满了蚂蚁。几乎没有人采取措施来解决这个问题（我们先把毛巾拿走了，最后又把藤椅拿走了），而且我们仍然被收取了小屋的全额租金，这真是令人失望。
我还会再来这家酒店住，只是我会更加注意安全！

经过一番周折和安排，这次旅行最终还是很愉快的。费用比我预想的贵了大约200美元。不过总的来说，我们玩得很开心。楼层经理Cameron很用心，我们很感激。

酒店采用传教士风格的建筑风格，温馨宜人。每当我遇到问题时，工作人员都会热情解答。主楼举办了品酒会，品酒的酒来自我之前从未去过的当地葡萄园。葡萄酒非常美味，我特意去索诺玛市中心购买了。我在酒吧和水疗中心用餐，食物新鲜且精心烹制。我认为酒店应该增设步行花园。我们确实在水疗中心做了按摩。水疗中心的热水来自酒店地下的温暖矿泉水，享受起来非常愉快。我认为酒店应该投资兴建步行花园。庭院主要由一些建筑组成（客房、水疗中心和主入口），并设有室外游泳池和篝火坑休息区。花园可以提升水疗中心的氛围。索诺玛市中心距离酒店约2英里。我们确实步行到市中心，但有些路段没有人行道。因此，步行体验不如预期的那么愉快。后来我得知酒店有前往市中心的电车。总的来说，酒店地理位置优越，环境安静。
酒店有点老旧，需要升级改造。打电话联系酒店或修改预订都很麻烦。酒店所有服务都要额外收费，包括热水浴缸的使用，尽管房价远超每晚 500 美元。酒店员工友好，提供前往城镇和当地餐厅的班车服务，这点也很不错。
提前打电话确认房间里有冰箱。后来打电话叫人送冰箱过来。结果冰箱把汽水和蘸酱都冻住了。
广告上说有3个泳池，结果没有一个是可以游泳的。非常失望。
食物很棒。
