Positive: Warm pool, almost hot tub temperature. Hot breakfast with eggs, sausage, and pancakes on weekend. Working fireplace. Negative: Run down building with broken tiles and grout. Received only 1 towel for family of four, no bathtub plug, and no shampoo or hand soap. Front desk worker was unable to help, so we had to make do. Received rude handwritten note under the door the next morning, which was a new experience. Will stay elsewhere in the future.

We found a bug in one of the beds, and the breakfast was not very good. I wanted to have oatmeal for breakfast, but there was no hot water. Otherwise, the stay was nice and the staff were friendly.

The whole hotel was dingy. Cracked tile in the bathroom floor, the baseboard and wallpaper were peeling from the wall. Even the elevator was dirty and felt like it hadn't been cleaned in ages.

1) it took front desk ＞10 minutes to check me in, and there was nothing wrong with my reservation.
2) elevator possibly unsafe-there was a sign on the back door stating not to lean against it or it would open
3) entire property is badly in need of repair and upgrading. Ceiling coming apart in some places. Rooms and hallways - walls appear to literally be coming apart.
4) pillows were tiny. If coming here I’d recommend bringing your own pillows.
5) bed sheets were ripped.
6) on Saturday night there was a party going on. There was nowhere for guests to park- all spots taken. There was also a tent in the parking lot that took up two spots. We and two other parties had to sit in our cars for half an hour until the party broke up. If they are going to have parties on site they should have more parking.

The property was convenient to the festival I attended, and breakfast was okay. The property did not provide service to my room, and the paint/wallpaper was peeling off the wall, and the bathroom door did not close. The property needs work.
