Unfortunately, streaming devices like Fire Sticks can sometimes block or bypass these pages, making it appear as though there’s no connection. We understand how frustrating that can be, and we’re working on ways to better inform guests about this at check-in.We’ve also reviewed the breakfast situation. Our cameras show that you arrived in the breakfast area at 9:34 a.m., shortly after service had ended at 9:30. While the eggs and sausage had run out by that time, other items—including waffles—were still available and being enjoyed by guests up until around 10 a.m. The individuals you saw receiving food after that time were members of our staff who prepared their own breakfast after the service had ended.In regard to the shower, our maintenance records show that the shower head was not cracked; however, the diverter was loose, which may have affected water pressure and caused some splashing. That issue has since been addressed.While we’re glad you found the room to be decently clean, we sincerely apologize for the areas where we fell short. Your feedback is valuable, and we are using it to improve both our communication and service.

我们在这里住过几次，没有任何抱怨。房间和酒店都非常干净。床很舒服，员工也很友好。
糟糕的体验
房间老旧，设施陈旧。地毯潮湿，导致房间有霉味。糟糕的体验。还多收了我钱
整栋楼都满是蚊蚋。我不得不去街对面的沃尔玛买蚊蚋陷阱！走廊里没有空调，前厅里到处都是枯死的植物，而且这房子急需彻底整修。我的住宿体验糟透了。当我意识到有些蚊蚋已经钻进我的车里时，我差点崩溃！这是我第二次遇到这种*******，我已经吸取了教训。
为我们办理入住的人很棒，非常友好，乐于助人。可惜的是，我们的房间打扫得不太干净。水槽里有胡须，浴缸里有虫子，房间里还有几只苍蝇。房间里有股霉味，床裙上还有令人作呕的白色污渍。
入住的房间很脏，蚂蚁爬满了一瓶留下的可乐。换了个房间，也好不到哪里去。孩子从床上爬了起来。入住第二晚后，我要求加毛巾，却被告知没有了，真抱歉。工作人员也帮不上忙。想和经理谈谈，但入住三晚都没空。
入住手续办理得很快，但酒店看起来很脏，需要升级，地毯状况很差，墙壁颜色也不好看，家具又旧又破。床看起来很破旧。
不过前台服务人员很友好，也很专业。
空调坏了。马桶整晚都在流水。浴室门关不严。电视坏了。Promo 距离大学很近，但在城镇的另一边。毯子上有很多洞。工作人员非常乐于助人，也很友好！
