I stayed in a room that had a busted shower door, noisy/inconsistent heat system and hair in the bed. Mrs. Lincoln, other than that, it was great.

The room was clean but the heater was very loud. Staff was polite and efficient.
The closet back side and hangers were broken, the room door latch was broken.
Bathroom door won't close completely and the knob was broken.

Bathroom was unclean. Unpleasant odor in hallway. We will not be staying at this property again.

Room wasn’t clean, lots of piled on dust. Silicone around the shower valve was very moldy. The duvet had big brown spots. Room needs a top to bottom cleanup to remove dust.

Awful people, didn't have the room we booked and had us check in anyway, proceeded to berate everyone who tried to help and tried to steal things, took and tossed all of our bathroom products but didn't clean the room, garbage people and hotel.

The room was not ready, the sheets were dirty on the sleeper couch and I had to get clean sheets and make the bed myself.
The children in the next room were screaming at the top of their lungs for hours from 9- midnight . There was no adult in there a toddler answered the door for the clerk.
Their tv was on All night with pounding drums on.
Then at 4am a bunch of phased a screaming match outside our room and were slamming doors multiple times.
I went out to the front NUMEROUS times at least 8 to complain. Even the guest on the other side was out complaining about the screaming children.
At 3am the clerk offered me to switch rooms. That offer should have been made at 10, not 3. And frankly the loud room should have been forced to move.
I asked to speak with the manager numerous times. He was NEVER in and supposedly the clerks left messages. Well now I am really irate. I will not pay for the stay. I would have gotten more sleep in my car.

Something Smells
There is something going on at this property. I have stayed there a ton as my daughter is in her fourth year at HPU. The rooms and carpet in halls have a very musty smell. It has been getting worse. They really need to address.
