The room was pretty clean except for some stains on the bedroom wall and in the shower. There was an unpleasantly strong air freshener smell. The bed and pillows were very comfortable.

My original room and all rooms I was shown were dirty with visible dirt stains in the bathrooms as well as the beds. I was shown to 3 rooms on different floors after my original room. Each room had bed sheets/ pillow cases that were dirty with visible stains from make up or bug skin/ hair

What stood out was that the room was so much nicer than the room we stayed at Quality Inn 2 weeks earlier. Very Clean, everything in good working order. Staff was friendly.

房间很舒适,床也很好。我希望床上能有床垫罩。我掀开床单检查床垫,上面不知道沾了什么污渍。
房间里有冰箱和微波炉,这点很满意。
没有熨衣板和衣柜……不过也没什么大不了的。
我最担心的是客房清洁。房间真的需要清扫和除尘。一张大床(没用过)和淋浴间里有长长的直发。淋浴间的墙上还有旧污垢和肥皂溅,非常糟糕。房间墙壁上还有一些污渍,面积很大,客房清洁人员应该注意到并清理干净。清洁方面似乎不太注重细节。
就我住一晚来说还行,但下次入住时可能会考虑其他选择。
我们再也不会住这里了。入住时,他们说要升级到两张大床,但这正是我们预订的。他们根本不愿意接受。我们还得更改预订,但酒店根本不愿意帮忙。整体服务非常差。我问前台员工能不能再加点咖啡,她头都没抬就说“我不会煮咖啡”,然后就继续看手机了。我们迫不及待地想离开酒店。
