My room had a bad odor that seemed to be masked with a very overwhelming cleaner. The carpet was frayed, the dresser had a big chunk broken out of it and the caulk in the shower was brown. The tile was greasy, which means to me the floor was mopped and not rinsed properly. The bed was very comfortable and clean. There were a lot of options on tv. There were many options nearby for meals. Parking was convenient and free. The place just needs to be detailed as it’s showing its age. I’m from that town, so I remember when it opened.

I liked the area. The lady at front desk, she worked till 11 pm, was the Best. I did not like the condition of our room needed work. Late at night someone down the hall sounded like they broke down the door??

Hotel was clean and the staff very friendly. The complimentary breakfast was disappointing in that most hot items were all but gone at 9 AM. (Hours 6-9:30 AM). People were still arriving after us.

We stayed in a 4-person room and were only given 2 towels on the first night. When we asked for more, we were told none were available — very frustrating. The laundry room only had one washer, and even that didn’t work properly. Our bathroom had cracked tiles in the shower, and the room smelled like humidity the entire stay, which made it uncomfortable.

The only positive experience was the breakfast — it was decent.

Would not recommend this hotel until some serious updates and improvements are made.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was very clean. Free breakfast was amazing and well stocked Room was a little beat up. Carpet frayed at transition, some grout missing. But so nice to have fridge and microwave. I wish there was a suitcase rack in closet so I didn't have to have my open case on the desk. I also wish there was a hair dryer in the room.
