Room clean, it was that front desk oersons 1st night. He was extremely professional and helpful.. did not stay to tru breakfast. Beds were comfy.

The lady at the front desk was initially very rude. However, when my husband responded kindly, she warmed up. The elevator broke while we were there and we had to carry our things up 4 flights. I know it couldn’t be helped but the person at the desk couldn’t have cared less as she watched us struggling. The room was hot. On the plus side, it was relatively cheap, the beds were pretty comfy, the water pressure in the shower was great, it was clean, and there is a Cracker Barrel right beside it.

Bathroom light was out and even though I reported it, I was told the maintenance person would not be available until the next day, which is when we were checking out. The fire/smoke alarm went off early one morning even though we were told there was no danger. Deafening sound and they had difficulty turning it off.

COCKROACHES!
Checked in around 9:15pm, as soon as we excited the elevator we were greeted by an awful musty smell that was attempted to be covered up with a cleaner smell. This smell was overwhelming in the room as well. As soon as we turned on the light in the entry, a cockroach ran up the wall. I was able to get a photo of it running up the cord of the blow dryer, which is right by the entry door. Between the nauseating smell and the cockroach, we went straight downstairs and let the girl at the front desk we wanted to leave. I showed her the photo and she said she understood and would address the issue. After over 72hrs, I am still being denied a refund.

everything was fine except the strong odor of the cleaner used in prepping the room. That said, the room was very clean…but the smell of the cleaner was very strong. I like Quality Inns in general because the basic services are there and well kept up. Quality Inn Murfreesboro was no exception.

The staff was so nice and friendly especially the sweet lady that checked me in. The room was so clean, I was very impressed. The only thing I had a problem with was the ice machine was a little difficult to find. Would definitely stay here again.

The sink was not emptying and toilet was not flushing properly. The staff was kind enough to change the room right away but the second room was smaller and it smelled like wet towels. No amount of Febreze or air sanitizer eliminated the smell but the sink emptied out and the toilet flushed properly. Oh and there was hair on the pillows of one of the beds.

overall clean however the room had the 'unused musty damp' smell to it. We were able to open the window & turn on the air unit & cleared it out in an hour.
